SYSCOIL Fan coil units Compact, slim fan coil units. Available in 12 different sizes and 4 versions to satisfy all installation requirements. Structure Galvanized steel sheet (8/10 mm thick) insulated in all parts in direct contact with the conditioned air. Insulated condensate tray made of galvanised steel sheet, complete with drain plug for complete drainage. Sides with knock-outs for fast fixing of accessories. Wall-anchoring slots for easy fixing and levelling of the unit. Fan group Double-inlet centrifugal fans with statically and dynamically balanced horizontally-oriented aluminium impellers. Single-phase asynchronous electric motor with overload cutout. 6 speeds of rotation (3 connected). The motor is directly coupled to the fans and cushioned with flexible mountings to ensure low noise. Air filter Filtering honeycomb polypropylene fabric enclosed within a metal frame to facilitate withdrawal and cleaning. Filtering rate of the standard model: EU1. Available with different filtering rate on request. Coil Coils are made of copper pipe expanded into aluminium fins in continuos block. Brass headers with female fittings (GAS threads) and easily accessible air vents. In the standard version, the water connections are located on the left (when viewing the front of the unit). They may be supplied on the right on request. Decorative cabinet Made in hot-dip galvanized steel sheet pre-coated with PVC to ensure high resistance to rust, corrosion, chemical agents, aliphatic solvents and alcohols. Air grilles made of ABS and the control panel protective flap are inserted in the cabinet top. Standard colour: white RAL9010. Other RAL colours are available on request. SYSCOIL Wide range of controls Control panel For versions with Casing (Vertical installation): Base: Summer/off/winter switch + 3-speed fan switch. Electronic: Minimum temperature thermostat (optional). Electronic room temperature control complete with inlet air temperature sensor, summer/off/winter switch, 3-speed fan switch. Mechanical thermostat (to be added to the standard switch). For recessed versions: Terminal strip applied to the side of the fan coil for connection to the wall-mounted controller. Manual, semi-automatic and automatic controls, with display and infrared remote control on request. Infrared remote control Electronic control with infrared remote control for 2 or 4-pipe fan coil. Functions that may be set using the remote control keypad: on/off; set point temperature; auto-low-med-high fan speed; resend (sending of the settings on the remote control to other fan coils); daily timer for timed fan coil operation (it must be set manually every day); clock; sleep. Auto function: the fan automatically controls the speed upon approaching the set point. Receiver with operation and alarm warning LED; key for operation in manual mode and heating/cooling selection in case the remote control is mislaid. Alarm input for condensate drain pump. 2 outputs for on-off type valve 230 Vac. Control for a single fan coil in offices and dwellings where an infrared remote control is required for easy installation and for easy setting of all functions. BMS Network From the PC it is possible to monitor the state of the entire system, changing the parameters according to needs without having to operate the specific controls. The system is provided with a set of parameters which allow, during installation, to define the operating mode according to installation or system requirements. It is possible to define: The type of system (2 or 4 pipes, with valves, with or without external probes). The control mode (on valves, on fan, on both). The manual or automatic switching between heating and cooling The temperature control values. Control of a system of fan coils in hotel rooms, offices, homes, hospitals where environment comfort and energy saving automation maximum quality is required.
