Delivery and Inspection Information Putting into Service Pre-Delivery Inspection Report: TimberPro asked that the dealer perform a Pre-Delivery Inspection on the equipment before delivery to the end user. The purpose of this inspection is to double check critical fluid levels, bolt torque and pressure settings to help assure a trouble free delivery of the machine to the customer. Attached you will find a pre-delivery inspection list that TimberPro asked the dealer to perform and return a copy of the report to TimberPro for confirmation of inspection. Delivery Report: The TimberPro dealer is required to review the Operators Training, Maintenance and Troubleshooting Manual with the machine operator before delivery of the equipment to the end user. The machine operator is required to understand the content of the Operators Training, Maintenance and Troubleshooting Manual. Once the operator has reviewed the manual and is comfortable with the contents, the operator will be asked to sign off on the Delivery Report. If the operator is not comfortable with the operation, technical aspects, and safety feature of the machine they should not operate the equipment. Signing the Dealer Delivery Report agrees that he/she has received training and is comfortable with the operation, safety features and technical aspects of the equipment. 100 250 Hour Service and Inspection: The 100-250 hour service and inspection report is designed to have the TimberPro dealer following up with customer after the operators has had time to break in the machine. During the 100 250 hour inspection the critical oil levels, bolt torque and pressure are rechecked. The operator can also ask any question about the operation, technical aspects, and safety feature of the machine. Attached you will find a 100-250 Hour Inspection list that we asked the dealer to perform and return a copy of the report to TimberPro for confirmation of inspection.
