While relatively simple solutions such as aluminium housings or multiple cable entries may offer short term cost savings, they dramatically increase the risks of inground corrosion, water ingress and early failure. WE-EF's design features a stainless steel housing, factory sealed cable entry chamber, and easy installation. In order to further facilitate the installation, the following accessories are available: BET installation blockout made from rugged MDPE (Polyethylene), glass fibre reinforced PA (Polyamid), Stainless Steel (V2A) or Aluminium.To be installed during earth or masonry works, prior to eventual electrical connection of uplights. Refer to table for maximum permissible wattage. The usage of an installation blockout will influence the glass surface temperatures.
