PASSENGER COMFORT With PEUGEOT Traveller Business VIP, climb aboard effortlessly thanks to the hands-free electric sliding side doors. Inside, PEUGEOT Traveller Business VIP everything has been thought of to guarantee passenger comfort. In the blink of an eye, you can transform the passenger compartment into a VIP lounge. The retractable sliding table*, surrounded by 4 or 5 face-to-face seats, offers your customers a practical working or social environment. For everyone s comfort great care has also been taken over the lighting ambiance of PEUGEOT Traveller Business VIP: two glass roofs* which can be covered separately, giving a uniquely bright passenger compartment and a panoramic view of the sky. The extra-tinted windows allow passengers to maintain their privacy while enjoying the view. In the passenger compartment, the LED ambiance lighting is supplemented with individual reading lights. For enhanced in-vehicle comfort, the PEUGEOT Traveller Business VIP has independent rear air conditioning equipped with individual vents and soft air diffuser, unique to a vehicle in this segment. COMFORT AND CONNECTIVITY Inside, the PEUGEOT Traveller VIP plays the driving comfort card. The step provides easy access to the elevated seating position which commands the road. Take your seat: the instruments and controls, with their pure and modern design, have been produced using attractive materials. The new automatic EAT6 gearbox, combined with the BlueHDi S&S 180* diesel engine, has Quickshift technology to allow faster gear changes while guaranteeing excellent fluidity and a high level of driveability. Ergonomic specification like the Head Up Display and the 7 colour touch screen are always within easy reach and sight. Journeys are made easier by the new generation 3D connected satellite navigation** with voice control. It provides real-time traffic information from TomTom Traffic (1) and a number of connected services: Fleet Manager (2) Thanks to the control unit installed in the vehicle, you have access to real time information, such as mileage, fuel consumption, emissions and also service due dates, allowing you to manage your vehicle fleet. TECHNOLOGY AND SAFETY An intuitive driving experience For a safer and more comfortable drive, the PEUGEOT Traveller has a large numberof latest generation driving aids. Speed limit recognition and intelligent speed adaptation The multifunction camera* recognises speed limit signs and displays the relevant limit on the instrument panel or in the head up display. The detected speed limit is suggested as the value to be used in your cruise control or speed limiter, if they are activated. Park Assist 180 The reversing camera is automatically activated when the driver selects reverse gear. It provides a 180 aerial view of the rear zone of the vehicle and its surroundings. The rear view includes guidance lines which turn with the steering wheel. When there are obstacles behind the vehicle, the system automatically zooms in, in addition to providing other views on request. Active Safety Brake The Active Safety Brake* is a new generation automatic emergency braking system which is activated if a collision is about to take place. The camera and radar detect moving or stationary obstacles. If the brakes are not applied, or if the driver does not brake hard enough, the system brakes for them. It can prevent the impact if the speed is below 18mph, or reduce the result of the collision above this speed, by reducing the speed of impact. Lane departure warning system An alert* detects if solid or broken white road markings are crossed unintentionally, when the indicator is not activated. The audible and visual alert is particularly useful if the driver becomes drowsy or loses concentration. Blind spot monitoring Thanks to the 4 sensors located on the front and rear bumpers of your vehicle, the blind spot monitoring system* lets you know if a vehicle is present in your left or right hand side blind spot, during your journey. A light appears in one of the door mirrors or on the screen as a warning. Head up display The head up display* projects the information essential to driving onto a retractable strip located in the driver s field of vision: speed, cruise control or speed limiter setting, etc. All the information you need is right in front of your eyes, ensuring a safer driving experience. Automatic headlamp dipping Activated at night the system* automatically controls the switch between main beam and dipped headlamps, and vice versa, when oncoming vehicles are identified by the camera. Active cruise control This system* allows you to maintain a safe distance between you and the vehicle in front, by changing the speed of your vehicle by up to 12mph. It is not an active braking system. This system works particularly well in moving and relatively heavy traffic. Airbags PEUGEOT Traveller may be specified with 6 airbags, including 2 front airbags, 2 side and 2 curtain airbags* in the second and third rows to protect the heads of rear passengers. PEUGEOT AND THE ENVIRONMENT Consumption and Emissions* Peugeot is a leading manufacturer of low emission vehicles and more than half of its global sales are for vehicles emitting less than 140g of CO 2 per km. This performance is based on proven technology: the Diesel Particulate Filter. Launched in 2000 and equipped as standard on more than 2.1 million vehicles, it reduces particle emissions by 99.99%. A self-cleaning system, it processes gases emitted from the combustion of diesel in the engine and reduces diesel particles to approximately 0.004 g/km. Motorisations BlueHDi, Euro 6 diesel engines, are offered on the New PEUGEOT Traveller: an exclusive new technology that combines a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) function with the diesel particulate filter system. This BlueHDi technology drastically reduces NOx (the combination of mono-nitrogen oxides NO and NO2) by more than 90%, which optimises CO 2 emissions, improves fuel consumption and almost totally eliminates particle emissions (99.9%). PEUGEOT Traveller has a competitively low cost of ownership, thanks in particular to its optimized fuel consumption and maintenance interval of 40 000 km or 2 years depending on the Engine*. The 22.4l AdBlue tank has a range of 15,000km. Refilling with AdBlue is easy thanks to the external filler, positioned within the centre pillar. * 30,000km service interval for the BlueHDi engine 180hp EAT6 A new flexible and efficient platform Its new base, adapted from the EMP2 modular platform, guarantees a high level of efficiency and allows the vehicle to attain record fuel consumption in the segment, as well as giving a high level of quality with driving enjoyment and optimal comfort for passengers.
