ELECTRIC MOBILITY DISRUPTION In 2014 we estimated that by 2025 10 15 % of the cars will be electric. Approximately half of the people live in apartment buildings and work at office buildings. Just 5% increase in EV adoption is worth 6 000 million tons of CO2 reduction.

Parking Energy focuses in EV charging services for real estate environment. This includes apartment buildings, office buildings and other large parking areas such as airports. Parking Energy has a team with long experience with electric mobility. We are based in Helsinki, Finland.

EV CHARGING IN REAL ESTATE Scaling number of EVs Financial and profitability requirements for all parties Technology and future proofing Limited availability of electrical power Multi-stakeholder decision making process Smart grid and smart building considerations Government and public pressures, such as EPB Directive

PARKING ENERGY SCALABLE CHARGING SERVICE Separate cabling Quick and cost effective cabling Technology agnostic, future proof investment Quick Connector technology 44kW per connector, usually one per two bays Provide chargers as service Chargers provided as a service (CaaS) Low monthly payment, no CAPEX Multivendor, multi technology support Intelligent Parking Energy chargers Electric supply

PLUG AND PLAY CHARGING STATION Charging unit can be installed to Quick Connector by plug and play. User selects the power level and price to match the need, from 3,7kW to 22kW unit, provided as a service

TECHNOLOGY: SOLVING EV CHARGING NEEDS FOR REAL ESTATE Cloud Architecture Scales Globally Personal Energy Measurement Participation to Energy Markets Adds Value Big Data Generates Additional Revenue Streams Low Cost Installation and Maintenance Barriers to Entry: 2 patents, 11 patent applications filed, several more in the pipeline

COMMERCIAL DEPLOYMENTS CORPORATE HQ Mutual Insurance Co HQ in Helsinki 238 bays, all cabled and EV ready Total investment 90,000 under 400 per bay Fast increasing take-up with tenants Key selection factors Low cabling cost Future proof, choice of chargers Turn-key service for property owner Simple process and flexibility for tenants

COMMERCIAL DEPLOYMENTS PUBLIC PARKING OPERATORS Commercial parking operators Multiple sites, expanding rapidly Exceptionally satisfied customers Key selection factors Future proof, choice of chargers Intelligent energy management Low cabling cost, flexibility Customer satisfaction

RESIDENTIAL DEPLOYMENTS APARTMENT BUILDING Typical medium size multi-tenant building Key selection factors 32 parking bays, all bays cabled and EV ready Low investment cost, future proof Underground garage Flexibility of different charging technologies Relatively new property Equal service to every parking space owner

THE BENEFITS Cost efficiency Responds to demand Minimum disruption Future proof Simple process Increases property value TURN-KEY SERVICE

CLIMATE EFFECT We asked our largest customer: 1. Did installing EV charging system increase awareness of low emissions mobility? 2. Has the system had effect in your company car policy? 3. How many percent of your company cars you expect to be plug-in in 5 years? And they responded: 1. Definitely had effect, both through internal communications and external publicity 2. We have changed our policy encourage plug-in cars 3. 45 to 60% Even small acceleration makes a big difference in emissions reduction, and we are seeing a major effect. Cost of system installation is recovered in few months just through savings in fuel costs.

MARKET SIZE AND REVENUES More than million plug-in cars sold in 2017 Each car equals 500± of one-time revenue 200± of recurring revenue Parking Energy growth rate now more than 10x / year
