TRAILER / SUPPORT VEHICLE PARKING AREA Motorvation 33 Entrant Guide Thank you for entering Motorvation 33, here is a quick guide to help all of us enjoy our time at the event and hopefully make things as smooth as possible from Bump to Bump out. FRIDAY 18 th January 2019 BUMP IN & Entrant Appreciation Day (Entrants ONLY) Gates will open at 12:00noon until 8:00pm sharp on Friday (please see attached map for gates and traffic flow). ENTRANT ACCESS (Friday) 12:00noon til 8:00pm ALL entrants proceed straight past the Competitor Gate and go all the way down until you get to the Roundabout then come back to the Portable Building before you get to the Competitor Gate. You will be given your Wrist Band and any extra tickets you may have ordered, plus your entrant sticker will be affixed to your windscreen before you get to the actual Competitor Ticket Box. Once you have done this proceed to the Competitor Gate. All in your car will have to show their Wrist Band ATTACHED TO THE WRIST to gain entry. You will be able to purchase extra Camping and/or Saturday tickets at the Competitor Gate if you need to. Trailers can enter the show area ON FRIDAY ONLY and once unloaded the trailer must be parked in the Trailer Park Area as close the Northern Fence as possible. Action Elite Entrants should unload in the Drag Racing Staging Lanes area.

Friday Continued Motorvation 33 Entrant Guide PLEASE NOTE: If you have someone coming to help you setup and they do not have a ticket/wrist band they will be charged a refundable $50 to come and help you. On leaving the venue they just need to hand back the Ticket to the Ticketing Staff by 8:00pm at the front gate to receive full refund as they leave. NO TICKET NO REFUND NO EXECPTIONS CAMPING For those camping overnight the Catering outlet next the Medical Centre will be open from 7:00am with breakfast available for purchase. For those bringing your own food etc remember NO GLASS containers. There will be bins provided and emptied regularly so please keep your area tidy and have ALL Camping gear tidied up by 9:00am Saturday morning. SCRUTINEERING: 2:00pm - 7:00pm Friday Scrutineering for Drag Racing & Burnout Entrants ONLY will be done in the Green Scrutineering shed. SMOOTH CRUISING: 2:30pm - 7:30pm As this is an entrant set up day we want everyone to be able to enjoy their cars once they have set up. Friday will be SMOOTH CRUISING AROUND THE DISPLAY AREA ONLY and that means cruising a leisurely pace with all your matching wheels on. Any Burnouts in this area will see you parked for the night as a MINIMUM! EIGHTH MILE GRUDGE RACING FUN TIME: 5:30pm 7:30pm Driver Requirements If you want to take part make sure you have the following; Helmet (AS/NZS 1698 minimum) Open or Full Face ok (NO Skull Cap Helmets Allowed) Long pants No holes (including designer wear) Long sleeves No Nylon, Shoes and Socks. Car must have a minimum Lap/Sash (3 point) Seat Belt. ENTRANT ACCESS CLOSES 8:00pm SHARP Only those with correct credentials will be allowed access Please do not rock up at 8:01pm and expect to get your tickets/entrant sticker etc as the Ticketing people have been there for 8 hours and need to get some rest for the next day. MOVIE TIME 8:15pm This the chill out time with mates and ALL VEHICLE MOVEMENT MUST STOP. Please refrain from playing Music during the movie so everyone can enjoy it. FRIDAY EVENT CLOSE 9:30pm Only those with Camping Arm Bands can remain all others must exit the venue. VENUE SECURED 10:00pm sharp Only Entrants with correct camping credentials will be allowed to access back into the venue. No access for anyone without correct Credentials NO EXCEPTIONS LIGHTS OUT 1:00am Time to turn down the music and go to sleep and get ready for a full-on day of Motorvation Action!

SATURDAY 19 th January 2019 BUMP IN 7:00am to 9:30am SHARP! No Set Up Access after 9:30am Same procedure as Friday Bump in except NO TRAILER Access into the Pit/Display area. All cars on trailers will be directed in to the Parking area near Gate 3 and unloaded there. You will need to unload your vehicle and drive it to pick up your credentials at the portable building before the Competitor Gate then continue to the Gate to access the Pit Paddock Area. Action Elite Entrants may access the Pit Paddock area with trailer however all trailers must be parked in the Trailer Car Park by 9:30am latest. BURNOUT COMPETITORS PLEASE NOTE: Drivers meeting in the Scrutineering Shed at 9:30am Saturday Morning NOTE: No Tyre Changing Facilities on site. Please refer to the Motorvation 33 Event Schedule for times and places of activities during the day. Judging will be done in the Green Scrutineering Building between 10:00am and 2:00pm. If you want your car judged, please present it to the judges in the shed during those times. Action Elite Entrants will be judged in the Action Elite Area. All Show n Shine including Action Elite entrants and Traders are free to start packing up at 7:30pm and free to leave the venue from 8:00pm. NOTE: No Trailers allowed back into the Pit Paddock/Display area until 10:00pm ALL VEHICLE MOVEMENT & CRUISING STOPS 7:30 (Unless leaving the Venue or moving to the staging lanes for the Burnout Comp) VENUE SECURED 12:00 midnight Once you leave the venue on Saturday evening you will not be able to come back in.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE: DO S and DON T S *** Motorvation is a family show and we want to make sure both entrants and enthusiasts alike can enjoy themselves and their cars in a relaxed friendly and safe environment. No anti-social behaviour will be tolerated. Any reckless or dangerous activities will see the individual(s) removed from the event immediately and possibly banned from this and other car comps also. Please adhere to the directional signs when driving around the venue and be aware of fans not looking where they are going while admiring your rides. Remember Pit/Display Area cruising is slow CRUISING ONLY; NO DRY HOPS NO SPEEDING NO WARNINGS BURNOUTS - No Burnouts in the Pit/Display area AT ANY TIME and NO STATIC BURNOUTS anywhere! This is your FIRST AND FINAL WARNING. ANY STATIC or EXCESSIVE BURNOUTS ON THE DRAG STRIP WILL SEE IMMEDIATE EXCLUSION FROM THE EVENT. THERE WILL BE NO TYRE CHANGING FACILITY ON SITE so make sure you bring what you need. CRUISING: To give everyone a fair go and be able to take the family and young kids for a cruise we have 2 separate Cruise Types; SMOOTH CRUISE: MUST have all matching wheels, STRICTLY NO BURNOUTS ANYWHERE, Utes may have passengers in this cruise type only all passengers must always be seated within the confines of the vehicle. SUPER CRUISE: This is the time you can let your hair down a little, however STRICTLY no burnouts on the Drag Strip Racing Surface This is the only warning you will get! Please always obey the direction of the MV 33 Officials. They are there for your benefit and need to consider all entrants and fans so once again please do as instructed. SATURDAY BUMP IN NO TRAILERS CAN ACCESS THE PIT/SHOW AREA on Saturday. Vehicles must be unloaded at Gate 3 and driven down to Competitor Gate and enter from there. Trailers can be left inside gate 3 to the southern side.
