Inner Rotor ignitions MHR Team ignition is a great innovation!!! Manages multiple maps simultaneously without having to resort to a hand-held device, with just a simple click. Ability to shift the selected map by moving the OFFSET (± 2 ). The inner rotor ignition systems designed by Malossi are based on the state-of-the-art technology applied to racing. Such a new system resulted from the need to overcome the technical limitations imposed by conventional flywheel ignition, which cannot ensure consistent performance over 10,000 rpm and causes severe setting-up problems for racing vehicles. We dramatically modified the control unit to create two new Inner Rotor Ignitions: MHR and MHR Team. We made the control unit even more immune to interferences developing an up STM8-8 bit microprocessor with processing speed of 20MIPS, guaranteeing spark timing with greater accuracy than prior versions! The MHR version includes a control unit with variable spark advance timing, not adjustable. The MHR Team includes a control unit with variable spark advance timing and with 3 trimmers: - the first trimmer (MAPS) is for selecting the spark advance timing map - the second trimmer (OFFSET) allows you to shift the selected map ± 2 - the third trimmer (LIM) used especially for 4-stroke engines, permits you to vary the rev limit between 11.500 RPM to 14.300 RPM and also allows you to disable the rev limiter It also features 8 preset maps described as follows: - 2 variable spark advance maps for 4 stroke engines - 5 variable spark advance maps for 2 stroke engines - 1 fixed spark advance map The installation instructions graphically illustrate the best spark advance setup for different engines. 1

ENERGY PUMP ENERGY PUMP is a water circulation pump for all liquid cooled, two and four stroke scooters and motorcycles equipped with a mechanical pump. ENERGY PUMP can be installed as a replacement in all vehicles that use an electric pump, improving efficiency. The new Malossi Energy Pump eliminates fiction loss and mechanical failures, operates silently, is easy to install, and comes complete with fuses and wiring. This smart pump is equipped with an electronic card, once interfaced with a dedicated electronic control unit, can more precisely control the coolant temperature within the specified values. These characteristics raise the Energy Pump to a superior level. It s potential and versatility makes this a coolant pump ahead of its time. In an internal combustion engine, good coolant circulation is a guarantee for improved efficiency, performance and durability. MHR TEAM piston rings The always growing request for better performance drove us to offer our customers a new piston ring with zero gap, supplied as a spare part with the MHR / MHR TEAM cylinder kits. By modifying the piston ring gap, a perfect fit can be achieved for any cylinder selection, thus ensuring the best performance. It is necessary to properly fit the piston ring to the cylinder bore. Please note: the absence of this modification will cause failure of the cylinder kit, thus forfeiting any warranty. This piston ring must be fitted by a qualified technician.
