Types of Applications and Prices Our order is as follows: (Please mark your selection) : EXHIBITION AREA SWALLOWTAIL FLAG 400.-/ item Swallowtail flags with dimensions of 1m x 4m are hung over the exhibitor s stand area. Swallowtail flags can only be hung on a stand area of minimum 50 m², starting from 2 metres inside the stand limits. This application is limited to a total number of 20 swallowtail flags and the technical properties of the exhibition area. Exhibitor is responsible for the preparation of the flag including the design and the technical properties whereas the printing and hanging up will be carried out by IFO. VISITOR BADGE HOLDER & NECK ROPE 10.000.-/total The company name or logo are printed on the badge holders neck ropes which will be distributed to the visitors at the exhibition entrance. Design will be provided by the exhibitor whereas neck rope manufacturing and distribution will be carried out by IFO. ENTRANCE GATES INFO BOARDS AD 2.500.- / item Company logo and name are located on the info boards at the exhibition entrances. Prices do not include VAT. In addition to the visitor promotion by the ads published in certain media the leading names of the industry will be invited to the exhibition. Please fill in the following form for your free of charge exhibition invitation and poster requests so that you can invite your own customers to the exhibition. CIP Card Submission Form FORM I Please fill in the form and send by 04 March 2011 at the latest. EXHIBITOR COMPANY: We would like to send CIP cards to company executives who are Commercially Important Persons (CIP) for you among all of your guests invited to our exhibition. If you fill in the form below with all the information required and send us by 04 March 2011 at the latest CIP cards will sent to the relevant addresses. With these CIP cards your guests can visit the exhibition as regularly as they would like without having to wait, have a rest at the private CIP Lounge or hold your business meetings by enjoying our refreshments and treats all throughout the exhibition. Cleaning and Security Request Form FORM K Exhibition general use areas and corridors will be cleaned before the set-up and during the exhibition by the organizer. There will be no stand cleaning during exhibition set-up and/or throughout the exhibition. If you request an in-stand cleaning please fill in the form below and send to IFO by 04 March 2011 at the latest. All visitors and exhibitors need to leave the stands after the exhibition closing time. Companies which would like to work at their stands after exhibition visit hours should inform and get the approval of IFO by filling in the form below along with the names of personnel who will conduct such work. All works which will be carried out after the exhibition closing time can be conducted under the supervision of Special Security Personnel which will be provided by the Organization at an additional fee.
