Shelving J&M Shelving Units are designed to be extremely versatile, enabling them to work with your every need. All of our units are made of 100% aluminum, making them durable while remaining lightweight. All units have a top tray running the entire length of the shelving unit, allowing them to store full lengths of pipe. The optional pipe tray units give you an additional compartment to carry even more full length pipe. We pride ourselves on maximizing your van s storage capacity. We use as much space as possible, allowing you to be clean, organized, and efficient. The shelves are a standard 18 deep to accommodate large divider bins while giving you sufficient room to navigate the aisle or carry large items. The generous shelf depth also provides significantly more space for keeping your tools off the floor and easily accessible. All end panels have a solid aluminum finish, providing a clean, professional look while giving you extra surface area to mount your commonly used tools. Every installation kit includes all hardware and brackets specific to your vehicle, ensuring the shelving units are mounted securely and last a lifetime of use. Storage bins, additional shelves, and dividers as well as shelving doors are available as well. Pipe Tray Pipe tray shelving units are able to carry up to 4 diameter pipe and are open on the side to allow storage of shorter pieces. Adjustable Shelves Each shelf is fully adjustable even after installation of the shelving unit. They can also be mounted at a forward angle or flipped over. Divided Shelves Slotted-style shelves have adjustable dividers that allow you to separate all your parts so you can quickly access them. Hoist Our hoists were developed to lift heavy equipment in and out of your van. This drastically reduces the risk of injury and makes lifting quick and easy for those oneman jobs. We developed our hoists with safety as our main concern. Constructed of 2 heavy gauge steel tubing with multiple support gussets giving you a 350lb. lifting capacity. The boom easily swings the load in and out of the vehicle giving you full control with very little effort. Depending on the application we offer a 30 or 36 length boom, which provides balance between the reach and the clearance through the van s opening. The hoists are engineered with a heavy duty steel upper mount to evenly distribute the load throughout the van body. This also reduces the hoist s footprint allowing for a very small mounting profile giving you that additional valuable space. The kit includes everything needed to install. The 12V system connects directly to your vehicle s battery. The hoist contains very few moving parts resulting in a durable and easy-to-install system. No welding or major modifications to your van are required. The hoists are available for the Sprinter, ProMaster, Ford Transit and E-series, Nissan NV, Chevy Utility Van, and Box Vans. Partitions J&M Headboard Partitions are designed specifically to your vehicle and provide the best fit on the market. Security Lock Mounts J&M believes that the safety of your vehicle is important. We offer a puck lock mount for every major commercial van giving you maximum security for your mobile office. The lock mounts have threaded studs that bolt through the door leaving no heads of screws exposed to prevent unwanted removal of your lock. They are made from heavy-gauge stainless steel to provide unquestionable strength and dependability. We design our puck lock mounts to discourage any attempts at entering the vehicle. Most puck locks feature a 6-pin re-keyable cylinder making it extremely difficult to pick the lock. We offer mounting options for every door but recommend securing the cargo area at a minimum.
