PERFORMANCE ON YOUR DOORSTEP 3400 kg: The MLT 634 s maximum capacity allows you to move up to 3.4 tonnes. 6.05 m: The boom of the MLT 634 lets you carry loads up to 6.05 m in height. 24 inch: Agricultural profile tyres... for farming applications obviously! You choose The MLT 634 is available in 3 different versions: TLSU, 120 LSU and 120 LSU PS. You choose: - power unit (100 hp or 125 hp) - the hydraulic pump (variable flow, 110 or 150 l/min) - the gearbox (4-speed mechanical or 6-speed Powershift). You feel good... Farming has changed a lot, handling as well. The interior of the MLT 634 leaves nothing to be desired with its superb bodywork. The driving position has been thought through and is a model of ergonomics. It is fitted with a cloth seat and the steering column can be adjusted in height and depth. Ventilation outlets, sun visor, roof screen, air conditioning, etc. all help to provide you with a comfortable working environment. Exclusive to Manitou, JSM lets you control all movements with one hand safely and effortlessly: raising and lowering the boom, emptying and digging with the bucket, hydraulic movements of the accessory and also reversing direction of travel. You always keep one hand on the steering wheel to maintain full control of your MLT. Because silence is a factor in well-being, we give great importance to the soundproofing of the cabs (only 76 db). Sound insulation is provided by quilting on the roof and walls and insulation of the engine block. The dashboard has an analogue display which gives all the information you need during your working day: hour meter, speed, oil temperature, fuel level, etc. For still more comfort, the Evolution cab gives you all the space you need to feel comfortable throughout the working day....but you have to go home in the end! 6 7

Optimising the power of your engine Suitable power, moderate fuel consumption Each telehandler must have a suitable power unit to give you the best engine/machine torque: too little power and you lose efficiency, too much power could increase consumption to no effect. The MLT 634 comes with two different PERKINS power units: 4 cylinders, 4.4 l Turbo 100 hp and 125 hp. Providing you with the capacities required and an ideal power/weight ratio, these engines will support you in everything you do. Because power is not an end in itself, all the components of your machine (power unit, transmission, axles, hydraulics and tyres) are combined in such a way as to optimise the power produced by your engine. The torque converter transmission comes with two types of gearbox: 4-speed mechanical and 6-speed Powershift. You choose the machine which is the most appropriate to your operation. 100 or 125 hp: These engines offer an ideal power/weight ratio. The 100 and 125 hp available provide you with moderate fuel consumption day-to-day. 4 or 6 gears: Power and precision are the watchwords with the 4-speed mechanical gearbox or the 6-speed Powershift gearbox. 10 11

The LSU system (Load Sensing Ultra), lets you build up movements to work faster. The hydraulic pumps, working up to 150 l/270 bar, offer speed and intelligent flow rate management. Your productivity and safety are dependent on the accessories suited to the performances of your fork-lift. In developing our machines, we qualify the accessories which will give you optimum efficiency and which comply with current standards.
