Golf carts are prohibited on state roads. Mopeds are prohibited on sidewalks. Scootcoupes are classified as mopeds. Pedicabs are considered bicycles 6

Findings Carriages are regulated similarly with varying fee amounts and approaches. Trolleys similar with varying fee amounts and approaches. Charleston banned trolleys in Historic District. Nantucket banned golf carts, low speed vehicles and EPAMDs. Megacycles are considered vehicles and subject to open container laws. 7
