HINWEISE ZUR BESEITIGUNG VON ÖL UND GAS BEI AL-KO STOSSDÄMPFERN 1. S toßdämpfer in waagerechte Position bringen und f e s t s t e l e n, dernachfolgenden Vorgänge nicht verschieben kann. 2. Schaft ganz herausziehen. d a m i t e r sich der D u r c h f ü h r u n g 3. B o h r e n S i e e i n L o c h v o n c a. 2 mm Durchmesser im Abstand von ca. 3 0 mm vom unteren Ende des Aussenrohrs. Bei Top-Road-Gas-Stoßdämpfern steht zu erwarten, dass das Gas noch vor der Durchführung des nachfolgenden Vorgangs beseitigt ist. Bei Einrohr-Gasdruckstoßdämpfern muss ein Lappen in die Öffnung gesteckt werden, um das Austreten von Öl und Hochdruckgas einzuschränken. 4. B o h r e n S i e e i n L o c h v o n c a. 5 mm Durchmesser u n d e i n e r T i e f e von mindestens 1 5 m m a n d e r g l e i c h e n Stelle wie unter 3 beschrtieben. 5. Drücken Sie den Stoßdämpfer ca. 40 mm zusammen. 6. Bohren Sie ein Loch von 15-50 mm am oberen Teil des Aussenrohrs. 7. Bewegen Sie den Schaft nach oben und nach unten, damit das Öl abfliessen kann. 8. G i e s s e n S i e d a s Ö I in einen geeigneten B ehälter u n d beachten S ie Entsorgung des Öls und der übrigen Stoßdämpferteile.
