Flight Distance: 26-32 ft. Flight Time: 5-7 Min Internal Battery: 3.7V 220 mah Charging Time: 40-60 Min 8+ FOR AGES 8 AND UP WARNING: Incorrectly storing this RC helicopter may cause the rotor blades to bend and/or warp, which may make it unable to fly properly.

TRANSMITTER COMPONENTS Power Indicator Infrared Emitter Band Selector (A. B. C.) Throttle Left Turn/Right Turn Power Switch Action Phrases Charging Cord Trim knob TRANSMITTER BATTERY INSTALLATION Battery Case INSTALLING THE BATTERIES: Open the Battery Case and insert 6 AA Batteries by the correct polarity. Close the Battery Case and you are ready to fly! Always turn off the power when charging. The charge time is about 40-60 minutes. The green power indicator lights up while charging. The red power indicator will light up when the charging time has completed. When the power indicator blinks, the helicopter is almost out of power and the batteries must be charged or replaced. The USB Charging Cable Light will turn off while it is charging, but it will light up when the battery has charged. Safe Battery Usage: 1) Use only AA batteries. 2) Do not mix different battery types. 3) Do not mix older and newer batteries. 4) Remove the batteries when the Helicopter is not in use. 5) Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries. 6) Insert the batteries with the correct polarity. 7) USE 6 X 1.5V AA BATTERIES (Not Included).

FLIGHT OPERATION To ensure a safe and stable flight, please follow these instructions: 1) On the transmitter, set the Channel Switch to A,B or C (avoid using the same frequency to other nearby RC devices). Turn the ON/OFF Switch on. 2) Switch the Helicopter on. Wait a few moments for the gyro to calibrate before take off (it may take longer if the Helicopter is on a uneven surface. 3) After the red light on the transmitter flashes, hold the Throttle Stick in the lowest position then move the Throttle Stick all the way up and then back down to calibrate it. The red light will then stay solid. NOTICE: If you are using two or more infrared RC products, please start up the transmitters at least 9 feet away from each other. CONTROLLING THE FLIGHT How to Hover Up And Down: Slowly push the left joystick up to make the helicopter ascend. Slowly push the left joystick down to make the helicopter descend. How to Turn Left: Push the right joystick to the left to make the helicopter turn left. How to Turn Right: Push the right joystick to the right to make the helicopter turn right.

FLIGHT OPERATION CONTINUED ADJUSTING THE TRIM When in flight, the helicopter may spin to the right or left without the pilot s input. To correct this you will need to adjust the trim. If the helicopter is spinning to the left, slowly turn the trim knob to the right until the helicopter stops spinning. OFF ON If the helicopter is spinning to the right, slowly turn the trim knob to the left until the helicopter stops spinning. OFF ON FLIGHT TIPS - Always gently push the Flight and Throttle Stick on the transmitter. - Beginner pilots should focus on learning how to operate the Throttle Stick first. Try keeping the Helicopter at a consistent altitude of at least 3 feet high. Once mastered, try using the Flight Stick. - Beginner pilots should focus on slow forward flight. Avoid turning backwards until confident. FLIGHT ENVIRONMENT - Always fly in a still indoor environment. Watch out for wind from an air conditioner or heater. - Fly in an area that is at least over 17 ft. x 10 ft. x 10 ft. (Length x Width x Height) - Do not fly near fans, air conditioners, heater, lamps and other obstacles. - Do not fly in direct sunlight, which may disrupt IR signal and cause the Helicopter to fly erratically. LIFT OFF PROCEDURE 1) Place the Helicopter on a smooth surface. 2) Slowly increase the throttle. Make sure to focus on the Helicopter, not on the transmitter. 3) As soon as the Helicopter lifts off, slightly reduce the throttle. 4) Gently increase the throttle if the Helicopter is falling. 5) Gently reduce the throttle if the Helicopter goes too high. 6) To turn, gently move the Flight Stick. 7) Make sure there are no obstacles in the way when moving forward. 8) Make sure the Helicopter does not pick up too much speed, otherwise it may become uncontrollable.

FLIGHT OPERATION CONTINUED - Read this instruction manual before flying the Helicopter. - This product is designed to be flown only indoors. - Only fly this Helicopter in open areas and keep clear of any obstacles. - Keep the Helicopter 3-6 feet away from all people and animals. - Always carefully watch the Helicopter to prevent it from crashing on yourself or other people. - Never place your hands or face near the rotating Helicopter blades. Operate the Helicopter in a standing position so you can run away if necessary. - Always turn the Helicopter and transmitter off when not in use. - Do not allow young children to use this product without adult supervision. - Do not fly the Helicopter if it is deformed or damaged. WARNING - If you crash the Helicopter, restart the Helicopter by sliding the ON/OFF Switch off then back on. - Do not operate the Helicopter under a bright light or it may become uncontrollable. - Do not cover the Infrared Transmitter as it will block the IR signal. - Do not stick any label onto the Helicopter, as it may effect the IR signal. BATTERY WARNING - Do not try and recharge non-rechargeable batteries. - Remove rechargeable batteries from the transmitter before recharging them. - Rechargeable batteries should only be recharged by an adult. - Do not mix new and old batteries in the transmitter. - Only use batteries that are all of the same brand. - Insert the batteries in the transmitter with the correct polarity. - Remove depleted batteries from the transmitter. - Do not mix alkaline, carbon zinc or rechargeable batteries in the transmitter. SAFETY WARNING - Do not dispose of batteries in a fire. - Do not use or place the battery near a heat source such as a fire or heater. - Do not hit or throw the battery. - Do not place the battery in water. Keep it in a cool dry place. - Only use the USB Charging Cable to recharge the battery. - Do not overcharge the battery. - Do not connect the battery to an electrical outlet. - Do not pierce the battery. - Do not transport or store the battery with metal objects. - Do not disassemble or alter the battery. - Charge the battery at least every six months. - Turn off the power after using the Helicopter. - Before recycling the battery, place tape over the battery terminals.

TROUBLE SHOOTING PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION Helicopter blades do not move - ON/OFF switch is off. - Weak battery. - Set the switch to ON. - Charge the Battery. Stops operating during flight - Weak Battery. - Charge the Battery. The helicopter does not react to input - Switch the channel on the transmitter. - Change the transmitter to the correct channel. Experience loss of control - Another Infrared RC device is using the same channel. - Bright lighting is effecting the IR transmitter. - Fly the Helicopter in a different area. - Turn off the bright lights.
