Company history Sepp Bichler has been intensively involved in the use of solar powered energy since 1978. My goal has always been to produce more energy than I use is how the founder and managing director of Energiebauern GmbH describes his motivation. Sepp Bichler has passed on his enthusiasm for clean energy and passion for the family business to both of his sons, Martin and Florian during their studies. As one of the first users of solar power in Germany, Energiebauern GmbH is able to call upon more than 18 years of experience in this field... and has been involved in the development of large scale solar power plants for over eight years. Energiebauern GmbH has created more than 60.000 kw (Kilowatt) of electrical power through its turn-key solar power plants, project development and construction management. To continue to look for new challenges, Energiebauern GmbH has expanded over the past years from purely inland business to its European neighbours, in particular Croatia, Spain, Bosnia and Italy.
