Floor grilles BP BP Floor grilles Versions - BP5 (deflection 0 ) - BP3 (deflection 15 ) - BP-RG (adjustable millimetrically) - BP-CTX (with counterframe) The supply or return floor grilles can be supplied in two versions, standard (BP series) and adjustable from 30 to 50 mm (BPRG series). They have been designed for installation on floating floors or on classical type floors. The deflection of the fins is from 0 for version BP5 to 15 for version BP3. BP Floor grilles Dimensions Section Dimensions BP5 BP3 3D Dimensions Construction BP floor grilles are made entirely of extruded aluminium, the profile has non-slip grooves, and in addition the pitch of the fins, that are close together, forms 5mm gaps hence making the grille heel-proof; the fins are secured by strong tie-rods. In the BPRG version there four support feet in Sendzimir zinc plated steel, that can be adjusted millimetrically from the front part of the grille using a screwdriver. Standard dimensions: - For B from a minimum of 300mm to a maximum of 1000mm in increments of 100mm - For H from a minimum of 100mm to a maximum of 600mm in increments of 50mm For non-standard sizes please contact our technical office 2 We reserve the right to make any modifications without prior notice.
Floor grilles BP Accessories SC - opposed blade regulating damper BP with a counter-moving damper and fins parallel to the short side, made entirely of aluminium, operable by means of a screw-driver from the front part of the grille; on request it is possible to install either a proportional or an on/off servomotor. CTX - with counterframe BP with easily embedded counterframe in extruded aluminium CTXSC - with counterframe and damper BP with easily embedded counterframe and damper in extruded aluminium CTX-CBP - with counterframe and collection basket BP with extruded aluminium counterframe and collection basket constructed entirely of Sendzimir zinc plated steel. NOTE: For grills with B or H until 100mm the collection basket depth is 100mm instead of 200mm. We reserve the right to make any modifications without prior notice. 3
BP Floor grilles BPRG - adjustable version with support feet BPRG adjustable millimetrically with steel support feet attached to a bar passing through the fins. Technical data Effective outlet area (m 2 ) and weights (kg) The effective outlet area is a notional area that, once the velocity of the air is known, makes it possible to arrive at the rate of flow that is actually passing through the grille. The measurement is carried out with an instrument that measures the velocity of the air at various points between the fins. The formula that links the various parameters is as follows: where Q = supply air flow rate [m 3 /h] V k = velocity relating to S [m/s] S = effective outlet area [m 2 ] - Effective outlet area H/B 300 400 500 600 700 800 900 1000 100 0,009 0,013 0,017 0,021 0,024 0,028 0,032 0,035 150 0,018 0,025 0,032 0,039 0,046 0,053 0,060 0,067 200 0,026 0,037 0,047 0,057 0,068 0,078 0,088 0,099 250 0,035 0,049 0,062 0,076 0,089 0,103 0,117 0,130 300 0,043 0,060 0,077 0,094 0,111 0,128 0,145 0,162 400 0,060 0,084 0,108 0,131 0,155 0,178 0,202 0,225 500 0,077 0,108 0,138 0,168 0,198 0,228 0,259 0,289 600 0,094 0,131 0,168 0,205 0,242 0,278 0,315 0,352 - Weights H/B 300 400 500 600 700 800 900 1000 100 0,5 0,6 0,8 1,0 1,1 1,3 1,5 1,6 150 0,7 1,0 1,2 1,5 1,7 1,9 2,2 2,4 200 1,0 1,3 1,6 1,9 2,3 2,6 2,9 3,2 250 1,2 1,6 2,0 2,4 2,8 3,2 3,6 4,0 300 1,4 1,9 2,4 2,9 3,4 3,9 4,4 4,9 400 1,9 2,6 3,2 3,9 4,5 5,2 5,8 6,5 500 2,4 3,2 4,0 4,8 5,7 6,5 7,3 8,1 600 2,9 3,9 4,8 5,8 6,8 7,8 8,7 9,7 4 We reserve the right to make any modifications without prior notice.
