2 IMPORTANT INFORMATION Notice to Purchasers This sale will be conducted in STERLING ( ). Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse to issue a Bidding Number. Buyers Commission / VAT Buyer s commission will be charged at a rate of 2.5% on Hammer Price. VAT will be charged on the buyer s commission at 20%. VAT of 20% will be charged on the hammer price. This will be refunded to non-uk buyers upon receipt of export documents showing removal from the UK. For removal to other EU countries a valid VAT number must also be provided. Registration Requirements New Buyers All new Buyers must provide the following in order to obtain a Bidder Number. Photographic Identification e.g Passport/Driving Licence Company VAT Number Deposit - 10% of projected spend with a minimum deposit of 5000/ 10,000 via E-payment, Cash, Bankers Draft, Debit or Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
