ENGINE LUBRICATION
ADVANCED OIL TECHNOLOGY TO REDUCE FRICTION A blend of 100% pure parraffin base oils PLUS the finest PAO synthetic base stocks with the best synthetic base stocks. Advantage over commercial grade oils: Most commercial grade oils begin breaking down at 170ºF. Today's engine thermostats are set at 200ºF+. This can cause oil consumption and thermal breakdown. Our synthetic oil stands a higher heat range than commercial grade oils (up to 250º more). The result is less oil consumption and longer oil life. Our oil exceeds the warranty requirements of all engine manufacturers, including Cummins, Cat, Detroit Diesel. PowerGuard 93K218K and Mack EO-O Premium Plus-07 specs as well as all car makers' specs. Eliminates start-up wear - Engineers estimate that 80% of the engine wear takes place during startup because as during startup your oil is in the pan, not in the engine. So, when you start your engine, metal grinds against metal. Our oil does what no other oil can. It protects your engine even when the oil isn't there. Our oil incorporates two proven friction fighters that plate to the internal parts of your engine and protect it against start-up wear. Friction not only causes wear, it also robs you of fuel economy. Our oil fights friction in three ways - with para-synthetic base stocks, moly based compounds. Our oil costs more to manufacture due to the addition of these friction fighters but due to these friction fighters we have proof that we can obtain a 3%-5% fuel savings in fleet tests. TRANSMISSION OIL
PREMIUM QUALITY SYNTHETIC LUBRICATION OIL FOR TRANSMISSIONS & FINAL DRIVES Today's industrial gearboxes operate under increased "power density loads." These higher "power density" loads are the direct result of increased horsepower and torque applied to these applications. These gearboxes have also been downsized, resulting in higher operating oil temperatures - conditions which result in increased stress on gearing components and oil. Extreme pressure gear lubricants must protect against oxidation, corrosion, geartooth wear and bearing distress. The gear lubricant must perform in spite of increasing torque and operating temperature. Our gear oils are formulated with base oil and a patented additive technology to give improved performance in reducing wear and increasing component and oil life. We distinguish ourselves from all other lubrication manufacturers by the fact that we produce ultra premium products that although more expensive to manufacture than equivalent products they provide our customers with a much improved level of equipment life. The decision to use much better, and costlier, base materials than our competitors is one of the key factors that sets us apart from all other lubricant manufacturers. For example, when using our premium quality synthetic gear oil our customers can expect a 2-3 times longer equipment life. Blended into these para-synthetic base fluids is a very specialized non-corrosive high tech additive package that provides excellent wear protection and material compatibility while maximizing equipment life. Furthermore a a special patented moly based additive package is added, this is a is a liquid soluble type of moly that plates itself to the metal surfaces of the various components, thus forming a solid lubricant film that is able to withstand pressures up to 500,000 lbs. per square inch. This translates into better wear protection for the metallic components of the power-shift transmission and for the hydraulic system, thus extending operating life and providing an extra margin of safety for service.

Research has proven that to reduce engine wear to virtually zero, particles above 3 microns need to be removed. Our bypass filters will remove most particles down to 2 microns. Removal of these particles, soot and water increases oil and equipment life.
GREASE
EXTREME PRESSURE GREASE When the heat is on, our grease continues to lubricate far beyond the point where conventional lubricants break down. Our grease will withstand temperatures up to 175 F higher than lithium based greases Stays where you put it: Mechanical stability is a prerequisite for any multipurpose grease. However, many conventional greases often break down and won't stay with the bearing. Most greases use napthenic oils that break down and release their oils. Our grease uses 100% pure paraffin base oils that will not break down and last 4-5 times longer than conventional oils. Our grease is extremely adhesive and even under the most severe conditions will not sling out. This adhesive quality also works to seal against outside contaminations. Withstands heavy loads: Our grease works its way into metal and forms a cushion where friction occurs and protects against metal-to-metal wear. Our grease uses a combination of metallic solids along with Molybdenum Disulfide which makes it capable of supporting tremendous loads - up to one-half million PSI, which is well beyond the yield point of most metals. than ordinary greases. Resists shock loading: Shock loading is another challenge to the stability of most greases. The Molybdenum in our grease creates a solid film between metal surfaces, preventing the metal-to-metal contact that causes wear. This solid film allows your equipment to withstand greater shock load. In addition, the unique staying power enables every application to last two to three times longer Won't wash out: Water can cause two types of problems - washout and absorption. Our grease forms a seal that resists water and prevents the grease from being washed away. Most conventional greases are made from a lithium soap base and will actually emulsify with water. Because of its aluminum complex thickener, our grease does not emulsify with water.
