The Major lifts are especially suitable for service and inspection, repair of brakes, wheels, exhaust system, shock absorbers, transmission and differential. The Major lifts have capacities of 4 and 5.2 t respectively. Bent profile platforms which prevent deflection. Delivery of all standard Major lifts includes a set of 15 mm aluminium guiding edges for scissor jacks. We offer 30 mm guiding edges as optional extras. Delivery of all Major lifts includes a height indicator arrow, which helps to ensure that platforms and cross beams are totally level when the lift is parked. Stenhøj offers a large variety of optional extras for the Major lifts e.g. lighting sets. If longer ramps are required or alternatively recession in floor Stenhøj offers 1335 mm long ramps as well as driveover ramps.

The design of BM7010 is made to a very high standard both in terms of quality and safety. All steel is hot galvanised and the wear surface of rollers is based on mesh steel to ensure long lifetime and accurate measurement. As standard the BM7010 is supplied with hot galvanised sub-frames, which are concreted into the ground before the actual brake tester is installed. The sub-frames make the planning and implementation of installations much easier and do also ensure correct alignment of the brake tester during concreting. The BM7010 can be supplied with a PDA solution, which allows operator to control and monitor the test results live directly on a PDA unit. Advantage and benefit The split bed concept has the advantage over a one-roller bed concept that it can be installed over an inspection pit. Additional the owner can very easily perform maintenance, as two persons

without use of any tools can lift the roller bed out of the sub frames. Additional the design of the roller bed is done, so it is completely flush-floor. With roller cover plates placed on top of the roller bed, the BM7010 becomes one with the workshop floor making it easy to cross it from any angle. The BM7010 is as standard supplied with a display having two large analogue readings of brake force left and right and 50 mm high bright digital readout of brake force imbalance. When configured with suspension tester and side slip, then these gauges and the digital imbalance window is used to display the test result from this equipment. Optionally the BM7010 can be supplied with a special windows based BM display, which additional has 50 mm high bright digital readout of ovality, pedal force, weight, efficiency, suspension values, and speed and distance values. The display can be mounted either on the wall saving floor space or on floor column devices. The BM7010 can be supplied in a minimum configuration and still allows for later upgrade to all options. This means that in case customer later wants to upgrade to a higher specification due to new legislation or other, then customer will not experience, that he has to purchase another brake tester. As standard the BM7010 software allows for advanced graphical printout enabling the customer to perform both pre inspection brake tests and diagnosing before repair brake tests. This advanced printout of test results can be done without having to connect a PC to the brake tester. The BM7010 can be configured to run BM Windows Software programs installed on a PC. This PC can replace the analogue display or it can be an add-on installed in the workshop office. The Windows program allows for advanced storing and presentation of test results using SQL database technology.

Stenhøj Micro 20 - Jacking Beam The scissor jack program for usage on all platform lifts comprises air- and hand-hydraulic jacks. The scissor jack is used in connection with e.g. wheel alignment and brake repairs. LITECHECK 2 & 3 HEADLAMP - Beam Setter (Actual product comes in red) Litecheck 2 & 3 headlamp beam setters were specifically designed to meet the 2005 VOSA specification and therefore can be used in ATL applications. Litecheck 2 is for use in class 1, 2. 3, 4, & 7 MOT test lanes where there is no testing of HGV. Litecheck 3 is only to be used where the test bay is used for HGV. Rail is supplied suitable for MOT installation as standard. 3m lengths with Litecheck 2. 4.5m lengths with Litecheck 3. Additional rails are available in 1.5m lengths.
