Lauridsen Industri fully welded ball valve has been widely applied in underground heat supply Lauridsen Industri also won trust and good reputation of customers all over the world. Fully welded structure of Lauridsen Industri valve improved the sealing ability, lowered the machine weight, making the installation flexible and reducing the cost and time of manufacturing. Deep underground structure is convenient for operations to operate valve with T-type hand lever without going to the underground control room and avoids the potential risk. Lauridsen Industri underground ball valve designs different valve height according to customer gas pipeline length. Various port connection forms are designed for customer s needs. Note for fully welded ball valve installation 1. The valve shall be completely open when welded into horizontal piping. 3. When welding the valve into vertical piping. The valve shall be open when the upper seam is welded. 2. If the valve is closed when the upper seam is welded, it must be filled with water. 4. In gas welding the valve shall be closed when welding the bottom seam. 1. Remove the caps of both sides to check port. Clean the dirt to avoid damaging of valve seat sealing face. 2. To check the operation of ball valve by opening and closing the valve. 3. Wipe the pipe welding surface before installing to the You shouldn t consider the direction of installation (each can be installed to the upper side) 4. To open the valve to avoid welding slag during the welding. 5. After the welding, open and close valve until it cools down completely. 6. When installing worm gear actuator (size above DN 200 or special customized) to make actuator arrow coincide with valve switch arrow according to valve location and arrow direction.
