Holidays will be billed at double time. 1) Subsistence All classification will be billed at $105.00 dollars per 8 hour day with the exception of firewatch or Confined space classifications. BMT makes every effort to hire, train and utilize local labor for this classification. If local personell are utilized, there will not be a subsistence adder. 2) Show Up Time Will be billed accordingly per worker. If unable to start a regularly scheduled day, will be billed at two (2) manhours at the applicable labor rates plus full day subsistence. If work commences and is stopped prior to four (4) hours of work, will be billed four (4) man-hours at the applicable labor rates. If work continues past four (4) hours will be at actual man-hours worked at the applicable labor rates. Superintendents and foreman are guaranteed 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. 3) Shift Differential Should it be necessary to work additional shifts, a shift differential will be applicable as follows: $4.60 per hour for all hours worked. 4) Travel Round trip miles per employee at.585 per mile. Round trip per vehicle at.585 per mile. (NOTE: If crew is already on site when time and material work begins, travel would not apply.) 5) BMT Supplied Equipment and Supplies See attached Rental Rates Sheets. 6) Special Equipment Cranes, Cherry Pickers, and other items not normally carried in BMT Company s Equipment Pool or not available due to changes in the original Scope of Work. NOTES: A charge of $6.50 per manhour worked will be made to cover the cost of all consumables, which will include all fuel, cutting gas (excluding breathing air, which will be charged at cost), grinding disk, etc. There may be an additional charge for cleaning and purifying fresh air equipment if exposed to excessive contact with crude oil or other heavy products. If this occurs, it will be documented with a third party invoice for the additional charges. No markup or handling charge will be added to these charges. For loading and unloading of equipment and materials, actual time spent will be billed at applicable labor and equipment rates. Shop personnel billable to customer at Mechanic/Welder labor rate.
