PRODUCTIVITY FEATURES Designed with the operator in mind, the crusher offers the most up-to-date technological advancement to assist with your crushing needs. Equipped with a large capacity impact crusher Equipped with the KR1313 impact crusher, which is one of the largest crushers that can be transported without disassembling. It of course crushes concrete debris, but also fine crushes natural stone, and produces large volumes of high quality product in a single pass. The crusher is equipped with variable speed drive, enabling the production and gradation to be adjusted. Komatsu KR1313 Impact Crusher Gap Adjuster Equipped with an automatic gap adjustment mechanism. The latest automatic gap adjustment mechanism is used. The gap can be changed with one touch, simply by inputting the outlet gap size. Auto The gap can be adjusted automatically, simply by inputting the numerical value for the gap size. Semi-auto The gap can be adjusted to the desired size by operating the buttons. Hopper with outstanding loadability and visibility. If the crusher becomes overloaded, the feeder will adjust the speed automatically so it delivers the highest crushing efficiency for the type and characteristics of each raw material. The use of an upward slope feeder and 2-stage grizzly bar, that makes it difficult for the debris to clog up the machinery, delivers outstanding muck removal performance. In addition, the feed volume can be adjusted using the feeder speed dial. A muck chute, which can be switched between mixing and separation of muck is provided as standard equipment. A rotating lamp flashes when there is a malfunction on the monitor display (for example, when overheating occurs) and the operator is also alerted by a buzzer in the event of an unusual shut-down on the conveyor belt or optional equipment.
