FLEXIBLES CHAUFFANTS CONSTRUCTION: PTFE internal flexible line for the transport of liquids and gases. Armature consisting of one or two stainless steel braids guaranteeing pressure resistance. Hydraulic connectors mounted at ends of flexible line manufactured of very high quality material. Heat element wound around PTFE tube to ensure heating and temperature maintenance. The computer calculates the length and resistance. Interconnecting cables between the two ends of the flexible line for information (temperature) and power transfer. SUITABLE FOR HAZARDOUS AREAS Heating flexible lines and conduits are necessary in areas where there is an explosion hazard, coming under individual site inspection, or at eltrace production locations. The composition of the heated flexible line, resisting explosion, differs from the standard heating flexible line through the use of components approved by the European laboratories, such as heated cables, self-regulated heating tape, junction boxes, regulators, etc. ELTRACE can equip and supply all standard models, special flexible lines, stainless steel or copper tubes with a heating and control system approved for use in hazardous zones. Heating, in general, is by a heating cable conforming to European standards, heating tape with PTFE covered elements or self-regulating heated tape. The corresponding control certificates are included with the equipment. The inside envelope is chosen according to the temperature of the product being conveyed, allowing for aggressions and dangers caused by malfunctioning. The heating wire is attached to the inside envelope on the mattress side. The insulating material is enclosed between two sealed envelopes, the various parts of which are stitched tightly together by fire-proof thread. The mattress formed in this way, previously formed of the equipment to be heated and/or insulated, is held in place by self-attaching strips to facilitate repeated disassembly and assembly. Each mattress can be equipped with a temperature sensor.
