Design features : Unified Constrution : Based on the onept "simple is the best" Toku breakers are built under the idential design philosophy from smallest breaker (TNB-08M ) up to largest breaker (TNB-400). Non aumulators : Designed to eliminate the traditional rubber bladder type aumulator to minimize maintenane and downtime. Cushion hamber : It is nitrogen filled and low pressure. Absorbs reoil energy and inrease output energy. The gas pressure in ushion hamber is relatively low with 8-11 bar. Large Piston mass and C- - supporting area provides for positive alignment, transferring maximum energy and effiieny to the tool. Control Valve Simpliity of the valve's design minimizes interruption of oil flow, reduing hydrauli pulsations. Under water appliation. This is atually invisible feature of Toku breakers and diffiult to onvine, however one you use it in long period (5-6 years) then it will give you lear result ompared to others. Auto-grease system (option) (Braket mounted) Toku breakers above TNB-4M an be equipped with Auto grease system as option. The system is fully inorporated on the braket of breaker and requires no other power soure to drive. It is onvenient to operate breakers without greasing regularly and seures longer breaker life.
