CNC - LABOR line Labor is the Machining Centre range dedicated to the manufacturing of plastic materials, glass fiber, carbon fiber, composites in general, up to aluminum. CNC LABORSHAPE Machine overhead covering WAVE SKY is a bellows system that limits the escape of fumes, dust and chips from the workstation area. WAVE SKY bellow reduces the suction force needed during the working of: carbon fibers, composite materials and vaporized cooling lubricant. The special translucent fabric guarantees ample light in the work area. The covering can be totally packed backwards, to achieve a complete "free roof" to facilitate loading/unloading. Note: The machine can be loaded both from front side by fork lift, and from the top of the machine (i.e. by an overhead crane). 10

LaborWind LaborWind is the family of working centers developed for working applications requiring the largest working field, especially for the Z vertical axis. Working heads All operating units in continuous interpolation mounted on our machines are completely designed and manufactured by us. The range consists of two product lines. "M" models The M -Series WORKING HEADS, are specifically designed for the machining of resins, composites and light alloys. They have transmission of the rotary axes (A and C) achieved through servo motors connected to high precision gearboxes and a measurement system with absolute encoders. Both rotary axes (A and C) are equipped with pneumatic locking device. "TB" models The TB Series WORKING HEADS are fork type, designed for heavy working conditions, offering excellent accuracy and power. The rotary A and C axis movement is obtained by Y.R.T bearings with triple recirculating of preloaded roller; each axis is of the dual drive type, to eliminate of the backlash. The angular position is detected and controlled by an encoder with dual reading head, both axes are equipped with hydraulic locking system. 14
CNC Tools magazines As for the working heads in continuous interpolation, even the tool s magazines (ATC) are entirely designed by us, in the following two versions: Tools magazines (ATC) "LINEAR" Tool changer magazine rack type, at 8 or 16 positions, with pneumatic movement. Tools magazines (ATC) ROTATING Tool changer with rototranslating movement, 24 positions, electric movement and positioning pliers with brushless motors and cycle reducer. Equipped with occupied plier detection system during the tool change. The tool magazine is suitably protected from chips and coolant, even during the processing or dust steps, when not used. Possibility of replacing the tools during the processing phases. 15
