1. User regulations The earthed Super PM in combination with an antistatic hose for extraction of explosive gas in zone 1 and 2 as well as dust for zone 21 and 22. Equipment group II Equipment category 2 Apart from the general given in our instructions it is necessary to perform a risk analysis for the particular work processes that going to be done in each individual case. If this is not done the safety of the workplace can not be guaranteed. The final responsibility for safety can only be taken by the owner of the installation 2. User instruction Super PM are designed for capture dust, fumes and gases and the arm can easily be positioned at any point within the working area. For the best capture efficiency, the hood should be positioned as near the fume or dust generating process as possible. Always dimension your systems so the airflow is sufficient for the application in question Recommended airflow Maximum: 950 m³/h for models with hose diameter 110 mm and 1600 m³/h for models with hose diameter 160 mm For additional advise contact authorized dealer or Plymoth Plymex GmbH

5. Ensure of the electric ground connection The earthling of hose material should be done over the contact surfaces between the hose and the ducting.
