Saturday 8 and Sunday 9- Full Time activities from 9.30 AM till 06:00 PM including Product range display area, Product test rides, MG Village, MG Shop, Museum- Factory&Engine assembly lines- Wind tunnel visits, The Clan area. EVENT ENTRANCE We remind that the entrance to the Open House event is totally free of charge for everybody (Guzzisti, customers, The Clan members and fans, general guests). NO TICKETS TO BUY. Events entrance from MG Factory s red main gate located in via Parodi 57, Mandello del Lario. BIKES FOR PG MARKETS As per last year, we inform our Piaggio markets attending the Open House 2018, that the large and complete lot of Moto Guzzi bike models that we have available for this year event, will be entirely used ONLY for our Guzzisti/customers/markets and general guest taking part to the test-rides activities scheduled within the event program. As consequence, no other bike request coming from any of our market or any of our Piaggio internal departments can be executed in addition. In addition, we will also have around 15 V7 III Limited* bikes (Open House Special Edition- numbered version in 500 units boasting an eclectic and modern look, with elegant chrome and hi-tech materials) which can be tested at the event over the weekend on the roads of Mandello del Lario and surroundings. *V7 III Limited Special initiative: we inform you that all MG customers who will have purchased a V7 III Limited before coming to the Open House 2018 event, can collect in Mandello during the event, their own bike s Certificate of Origin completely free of charge and simply showing their bike s registration booklet at the pertinent desk that we will confirm you in our next communication. Moreover, please be informed also that at the Open House 2018, a special booking service desk will also be activated for all MG customers** -owning any bike model produced in Mandello-who wish to request the production of their own bikes Certificate of Origin ** which is an important certificate, very much requested by all Moto Guzzi owners, particularly useful in case of re-registration of vintage motorbikes (and not only vintage models), or for requesting duplicates of documents in case of loss or deterioration, or for registration to institutional bikes organization and clubs, or for collectors and/or historical interest s purposes. After the reservation of this Certificate of Origin at OH2018, and once ready, the document will be then shipped by Piaggio directly to the customers indicated address. **in this case, the Certificate of Origin will not be free of charge. Please remember that any apparel will be provided in situ so, it s mandatory for everyone, to bring its own safeties (helmets, gloves, jacket at least) at the event. TEST RIDES TIME-SCHEDULE: Product test rides will take place on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 from 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM. FOOD&BEVERAGE SERVICES We will have a Food&Beverage area within the event factory perimeter. Here our customers will find various street food proposals and some Ape/food mini trucks which will sell several Italian food and deli proposals and other international street-food types like hamburger etc). Long tables will be set up within these two F&B areas where our Guzzisti and all our guests can sit, have lunch and rest. No table reservation allowed. MOTO GUZZI THE CLAN COMMUNITY / SPECIAL OPEN HOUSE PROGRAMM FOR MOTO GUZZI OWNERS The Special program, benefits and activities for our MG The Clan members is currently under development. We wil give you all the details shortly in our next communication. MOTO GUZZI APPAREL SALES AT OPEN HOUSE 2018 MG apparel and merchandise of the current line-up will be on sale during the event at our MG Open House Shop. In that case, please open a ticketing request* to Adacto and follow the current common procedure you all are aware of. *We would like to point out that this flow is clearly for those markets who are already working/engaged with our HQ Web maintenance (Adacto), all the other markets can implement that same official visual anyway but handling the entire publishing process in their website &Social medias on their own. - SOCIAL MEDIA PLAN The Open House announcement will be managed also, starting from that day (July 10), through our main social medias: 1. Instagram (MG worldwide account) 2. Twitter (MG worldwide account) 3. Facebook (Italian e international pages). For these 2 FB pages, the announcements will be boosted through social adv as well. About your Moto Guzzi fanpages instead, our HQ Digital Team (through Xister agency) will provide you with the official materials for Open House posting activity announcement to be promoted into your local Facebook pages. About this posting activity in your local pages (which must be managed directly by each of our PG market), we recommend you that: o First of all > (1) you publish your Open House announcement Newsfact page, into your MG country website (note that the Adacto web maintenance agency is at your disposal for any assistance related to this step) o Secondly > (2) you use the materials that you will receive next week by email from our Xister web agency and get your Social media announcement landing directly into the Url address of the OpenHouse newsfact PAGE (point 1), inside your local MG WEBSITE. o Last, preferably support your posting activity with an adequate social adv boost For any additional information on the digital and social media announcement s implementation in your market, please refer, as usual, directly to our Digital team (Alzetta/Paccagnella).
