NOTE: Use the following torque specifications for all hardware: ½ hardware 73 ft-lbs, 3/8 hardware 42 ft-lbs, 5/8 hardware 177 ft-lbs. 1. Remove the 2-post ROPS, seat. If the tractor is equipped with a front end loader, to make installation easier, remove quick-tach loader. NOTE: Removing the tractors rear wheels will make installation easier. 2. Take the left rear bracket (2-piece) and position it on the rear axle. Slide the bracket into the bottom axle mount and then re-use the factory hardware on the six mounting holes. Bolt the left fender through the hole in the bracket on the top with the 5/16 x 4 hex bolt provided. Use the 3/8 steel flat washer on the outside of the tube, re-use one of the factory fender washers on the tire-side of the fender, and the 5/16 nylon-lock nut. Bolt the seat pan support onto the rear bracket tab with the factory hardware. Use the M10x1.5 flange nut for the bottom fender mount hole re-using the factory bolt. See Figure 1. Repeat for the right bracket. 3. If the tractor is not equipped with a front-end loader, use two 5/16 loader spaces on each side, as well as the front bracket mid-mount spacer. If the tractor also has front hydraulics, use the tube spacer on the right bracket as well. Take the left front bracket and position it against the bolt pattern in the bell housing. If the tractor has a front-end loader, remove the top two bolts as well as the rear bolt and then position the spacer and the front bracket against the loader bracket. Fasten into place with the provided M16x2.00x70mm hardware. Repeat for the right side using the extra tube spacer if necessary. See Figure 2. Figure 2 Figure 1 4. Move to the cab. Remove the door, right escape window, and lower right glass. Take the cab lift brackets and bolt to the cab frame through the two holes in the upper A-C crossmember located in front of the cab B-post. Attach a chain or lifting strap to the two lift brackets and lift the cab frame off of the shipping pallet and begin to install cab weatherstripping. See Figure 3. 5. Take the 180 clip-on O-rubber and move to the left lower part of the steel

Figure 3 Figure 5 hood shield. Install the O-rubber onto the steel panel and work your way around to the right side of the hood shield, opposite from where you started. See Figure 4. Figure 6 6. Move to the left steel side panel. Install 180 clip-on O-rubber starting at Figure 4 End rubber 7. Take the 90 clip-on O-rubber and install on the steel panel extension which is located inside of the bottom of the door. Work your way to the end of the sheet metal edge as shown in Figures 7 & 8. Repeat for the right side. the bottom of the side panel and work your way to the back rear panel and stop at the first bend as shown in Figures 5 & 6. Repeat for the right side. 8. Take the ½ x ¾ NDA-X and move to the lowest A-A crossmember. Starting 2 from the inside of the A-post apply NDA-X to the bottom of the tube, leaving a 3 piece overhanging at the end. See Figures 7 & 8. Repeat for the right side.

the right side. Once all mounts have started and fender supports are tightened, torque all mount hardware to the specifications provided. There should be a 7/8 space between the bracket mount plate and the cab mount plate where the rubber isolator is. It is important that this spacing is maintained, do NOT over tighten. Figure 7 Figure 9 Figure 8 9. NOW you are ready to mount the cab. Lift the cab up over the tractor. Slowly start lowering the cab, ensure that the front cab member is in front of the pedals to clear them. Place one of the isolators on each cab bracket mount plate. Ensure that the protruding section of the mount is stuck into the cab mount properly. Lower the cab until the mounts are on the isolators, and use one 5/8 x 3 hex bolt, 11/16 x 2 ½ steel flat washer, 9/16 x 2 ½ rubber flat washer, and 5/8 nylon locking hex nut for each mount. See Figure 9. Just start the mounts, DO not tighten yet. Take one ¼ x 2 ½ hex bolt with ¼ flat washer and slide through the left front grab handle hole and onto the mount tab that is on the cab, see Figure 10. Tighten the fender onto the mount tab. Repeat for Figure 10 10. Remove the cab lift brackets from the A-C crossmembers, and place one of

the 3/8 snap caps into the holes on each side. Figure 13 Figure 11 11. Take the left pedal enclosure panel and install 180 clip-on O-rubber as shown on the edges in Figure 11. Loosen the bolt shown in Figure that is on the tractor cowl. Slide the enclosure panel into place and bolt on with the ¼ x ¾ flange bolts and ¼ flange nuts provided. Re-tighten the cowl bolt. See Figures 12 & 13. Repeat for the right side. Figure 12 12V. Connect the heavy black wire to tractor ground. Connect the orange wire to a switched sourece on the tractor. Proceed with steps 13-18 only if the cab is equipped with the heater option. 13. Drain antifreeze from engine before proceeding. 14. Locate the water pump. Remove the two plugs as shown in Figure 14. USE A WATER SEALANT MATERIAL AROUND ALL FITTINGS. Screw the 3/8NPT - 5/8 barb (suction) fitting (1) into location (1) as shown. 15. Screw the 3/8NPT - 5/8 barb fitting (pressure) (2) into the other plug as shown in Figure 14. 12. Locate the wires at the bottom of the A-post. Connect the heavy red wire to 16. Run the hose to the heater fittings and ensure that there is adequate hose and then cut the hose. Attach the pressure hose to the pressure fitting (2) and the other hose to the suction fitting (1). Use the two HS-10 clamps to attach the hose to the fitting.

17. Refill the engine anti-freeze. Open the cab heater valve using the rotary Figure 15 Figure 14 2 1 step mount place which is located underneath the door. control on the switchplate and turn on the fan. Start the vehicle and run at PTO RPM for five minutes to build up engine heat. Check for leaks and add anti-freeze if required. For maximum heater efficiency, all air trapped in the heater system must be evacuated. 18. Continue running the engine and adding antifreeze as required until cab heater produces hot air. TIP: when purging system of air, open radiator cap when running the engine. NOTE: The heater should be produce HOT air at PTO RPM, continue tweaking the heating system until that point is reached. 21. Take the main cab floormat and place over operator platform. Ensure that there is no pedal interference and then glue into place. 22. To ensure maximum protection against sound and moisture penetration, use a black urethane sealant to fill all cracks and small openings around the floormat and silicone sealant around the various sealants. 19. Take the left front pedal enclosure floormat piece and place against enclosure shield, then glue into place. See Figure 15. Repeat for the right side. 20. Take the step and the 3/8 x ¾ flange bolts and bolt the step onto the
