Introduction Application: SUPER VENT Tube Fans Clean air low flow ventilation with less acoustic level in a compact design used in shops, villas, Buildings, etc Advantages of tube fans: Quick installation with the use of round ducts Can be installed in any position Electrical connection via IP 54 terminal box fitted to the outside % variable speed controllable Construction The casings of sizes R to R 4L are manufactured of galvanized sheet steel, the casing of R 355 is made of aluminium.. The fans are driven an external rotor motor, protection class IP44/54, fitted in the centrifugal impeller. Impeller The impeller is mounted directly to the rotor of the external rotor motor and balance at two levels according to quality G.5 and DIN / ISO 94 Motor Speed controllable variable speed external rotor motors in accordance with protection class IP 44/54 according to DIN 45. Electrical construction according to VDE 53 and motor winding comply to insulation class B with moisture impregnation and built in thermal protection. Installation Rigid folded spiral- seam (Spiro), flexible aluminium or plastic ducts with standardised diameter can be used.
Introduction Electrical connections Motors are fitted with flying leads. The electrical connection can be made via IP 54 terminal box. Air Performance Performance curves of tube fans have been measured in mounting position B ( installed on the pressure side and open on the suction side) and show the total pressure increase pt as the function of the air flow. The dynamic pressure pd refer to the flange cross section at the outlet side.
