Renault Store/Technical specifications for delivery unit / General 4 Introduction Present at key moments along the customer journey, in the principal flows, the purpose of these accessories units is to generate additional sales when a vehicle is being purchased, at the time of handover or during after-sales visits. They serve as a form of leverage for impulse buys. Situated in the delivery area, the delivery unit presents «road-ready» accessories to encourage last minute buys. The delivery is a favourable moment for triggering additional sales. This unit is positioned in front of the grey mural (see Delivery area technical specifications). It is easy for customers to see. The choice of accessories may vary from country to country.

10 Central panel Description The panels are made with multi-ply comprising horizontal aluminium profile inserts spaced 100 mm apart. 40 600 520 40 30 Insertion into the profiles is from the left side. A small 40 mm wide multi-ply panel covers the side, preventing the removal of the brackets inserted into the profiles (anti-theft feature). 11 Variant of central panel Description A variant of the multi-strip panel can be produced from sheet metal to replace the multi-ply. 12 Les supports d accessoires Accessories brackets The display brackets slide freely in the sliding rails. Their shape and resistance are adapted to different types of accessories or objects: - blister pack holders, - brackets comprising a ring, - mounts for heavy objects (such as coupling hooks), - mounts for large objects (such as child seats). 13 Accessories brackets Short brackets 38 The short display brackets may be necessary to hold the accessories to the multi-ply backing using Rilsan ties. 14 Accessories brackets Secure accessories brackets (1) Each country or region may opt to use brackets which provide increased security for accessories in order to reduce the risks of theft. These secure brackets will be specific to accessory including: - a standard bracket for fastening to the multi-strip backing, - a dark grey mini-shelf fastened to the standard bracket, - a bracket for fastening in the form of a 10 mm thick transparent PMMA clamp, - a horizontal base in 10 mm transparent PMMA to highlight the accessory by raising it up off the shelf. The drawings opposite show the method used to secure the extinguisher which is the most expensive accessory in the proposed display. 15 Accessories brackets Secure accessories brackets (2) The drawings opposite show the method used to secure the safety pack. 16 Floor mat brackets Description The floor mat bracket is common to various accessories units: Showroom, Delivery and After-Sales. Only the fastening system varies depending on the unit.
