Hydraulic Coupler Mount Rear Hose Holder Use axle bracket hardware to mount rear hose holder. 0 Hose Guide Hydraulic Coupler Mount Rear Hose Holder Radar Mount 0 Nut / 0 Lock washer / Flat washer / Bolt / x -/ Axle Bracket Hose Route Extend radar unit back in order to clear main frame by installing radar mount. Radar unit Uses existing tractor hardware and new supplied hardware to mount bracket. Radar Bracket Regular Duty Models Route hoses through hose guide. Route hoses over pin and through axle bracket. Route hoses through inside of tractor frame. Axle Bracket Hose Route Heavy Duty Models Route hoses through hose guide. Route hoses over pin and through axle bracket. Bracket Installation Case STX/NH TJ 0-0 Regular Duty Models Existing holes not used. Existing holes used to attach template & mount hydraulic coupler bracket. Axle brkt -Axle Bracket LH -Axle Bracket RH p SIDE BRACKET INSTALLATION A Remove tractor's steps. Keep hardware for mounting template. Store or discard steps. B Mount front template using existing holes & hardware (M bolts) from step removal. Use side bracket mounting hardware to mount rear template. Center punch holes through templates to scribe points, remove templates. Drill out to / or /. C Install side bracket with the supplied / x bolts in six of the holes, and with the supplied / x -/ bolts in last two holes as shown above. D Install hose guide as shown using existing hardware. Mount hydraulic coupler bracket using exsisting hardware. Torque all bolts properly. Refer to maintenance section for torque specs. AXLE BRACKET INSTALLATION E Remove the existing M bolts (), flat washers, & nuts holding the axle to the tractor frame. Please note bolt orientation. All hardware, except bolts, will be reused. F Install Degelman axle bracket loosly using the new supplied Mx0 bolts () and existing nuts and flat washers from Step E. G Ensure front axle pad is positioned tight to front of casting. Tighten axle bracket hardware. H Clamp axle bracket in place against inside of tractor frame. I Drill out the five holes to / from inside tractor frame using axle bracket as template. J Install with the supplied / x -/ bolts in all five places. K Mount rear hose holder using axle bracket hardware.

B Mount front template using existing holes & hardware (M bolts) from step removal.use side bracket hardware to mount rear template. C Install side bracket with the supplied / x bolts in seven of the holes, and with the supplied / x -/ bolts in last two holes as shown above. D Install hose guide as shown using existing hardware. Mount hydraulic coupler bracket using exsisting hardware. Torque all bolts properly. Refer to maintenance section for torque specs. AXLE BRACKET INSTALLATION E Remove the existing M bolts (), flat washers, & nuts holding the axle to the tractor frame. Please note bolt orientation. All hardware, except bolts, will be reused. F Install Degelman axle bracket and loosely attach using the new supplied Mx00 bolts () and existing nuts and flat washers from Step E. G Align bottom of bracket parallel to tractor frame as shown. Slightly tighten bolts (if required) until bracket is firm against axle casting. Clamp axle bracket in place. Double check parallel alignment. H Drill out the five holes to / from inside tractor frame using axle bracket as template. I Install with the supplied / x -/ bolts in all five places. J Mount rear hose holder using axle bracket hardware. p

Case STX/NH TJ 0-0 Mounting Jack up the pivot frame high enough so the main frame hook is just below the side bracket pin Pin Open the Dlock and remove the handle Hook Store Dlock handle in brkt on left side of mainframe Jack Drive forward until the pin is just behind the hook Dlock Hook up hydraulics Hydraulic hoses Extend lift cylinders, lifting hook up level with pin DANGER IMPORTANT: YOU MUST CLOSE CYLINDER & LIFT BLADE BEFORE UNLATCHING Dlock! If you don't the whole assembly will come crashing down Reverse procedure to disengage Close cylinder to lift blade!! Open Dlock latch Lower blade - main frame will disengage from axle bracket Unhook hydraulics Then back out Drive forward to engage sidebrkt pin / - / gap Close the cylinder bringing the Dlock up to the axle bracket pin Close the Dlock & remove the handle p0

Operation & Maintenance Record your serial number & blade width Case STX/NH TJ 0-0 p Before using for the first time Lube all points Torque all hardware to correct setting Check hardware torque & hydraulics after the first hrs & again after 0 hrs. Before using each time Check: If all points lubricated All components attached securely Condition of cutting edge Depth shoe wear Hydraulics: Tractor s oil reservoir Condition of hoses, lines & fittings Bleeding hydraulics Bleed hydraulics of air. Cycle the hydraulics several times and hold the cylinders at full extent for several seconds. Rear end weights & Tire inflation If needed balance out your tractor by ballasting the rear end. You may need to raise the tire pressure in the front wheels. Consult your tractor's manual. Cold weather Cycle the cylinders several times to warm up system. Floatation mode Here are some the things you can do with your hydraulic system in float position; Skim the top of pavement Run on the skid shoes Back drag Depth shoes Soft uneven ground Depth shoe low Blade high Hard even ground Depth shoe high Blade low Hardware & Hose Specs. KILLED, INJURED OR SAFE? SAFETY Case STX/NH TJ 0-0 YOUR CHOICE You are responsible for your own safety. If you not familiar basic agriculture & industrial safety, you must get training. Owners of equipment must by law give operating instructions to other operators such as family members or a hired hand. Making any design changes to equipment could cause a hazard and damage your machine. Wear proper safety equipment. Have handy; First aid kit Fire extinguisher Before working on machine: Turn tractor off Set controls in neutral Remove ignition key Clean all reflectors and lights HYDRAULIC Keep all parts clean. Replace worn or damaged parts. Don t try any makeshift repairs. Before operating check that everything is tight and not broken. Wear gloves and eye protection when searching for leaks. Use a piece of wood or cardboard but not your hand. High pressure oil will penetrate your skin. If that happens you risk serious injury. BLADE Lower blade to the ground when not in use. Keep clear of blade when tractor is running. Keep hands & feet away from under blade. Turn engine off when hooking up hydraulics and engaging DLOCK during mounting or dismounting. TRANSPORTING Lift blade up then hold with safety chain. Make sure SMV sign & reflectors are clean. Use your hazard lights. (00) WARRANTY Degelman Industries Warrants this product to the original owner for a period of one () year parts and labour and two () years parts from the date of purchase. All matters related to the warranty of our products must be handled through the authorized selling dealer. Warranty does not cover normal wear of the machine components or damages caused by lack of maintenance or misuse, and is subject to the following provisions. REPLACEMENT PARTS: Will be warranted for a period of ninety (0) days. WARRANTY ON MACHINES USED FOR CUSTOM WORK, RENTALS OR INDUSTRIAL USE: Will be warranted as stated above, with the exception that it will be for a period of ninety (0) days only. TIRES: Will be adjusted for warranty by tire manufacturer. LABOUR: Any labour subject to warranty must be authorized by a Degelman representative before work is started. Warranty labour allowance and rates will be handled according to established warranty service policy. GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION: Warranty terms and conditions are subject to Provincial or State legislation. MODIFICATIONS: Warranty will be void if any component is altered or modified, unless written authorization is granted by Degelman Industries Limited.
