1. Net Electricity Production: Total net electricity production in the Sultanate of Oman in Q4 2010 was 8.4% higher than in Q4 2009. For the MIS, Q4 2010 net electricity production was 8.7% higher than Q4 2009. For RAEC systems, Q4 2010 net electricity production was 7% higher than Q4 2009. For the Salalah Power System, Q4 2010 net electricity production was 6.4 % higher than Q4 2009. 2. Net Electricity Production for 2010: (2010 full year outturn) Total 2010 net electricity production for the Sultanate of Oman was 19,089.6 GWh, 7% higher than 2009. For the MIS, net electricity production for 2010 was 16,786.5 GWh, 6.8% higher than 2009. 3. Related Water Production: Total related water net production in the Sultanate of Oman in Q4 2010 was 11.5% higher than in Q4 2009. 2010 full year outturn net related water production was 130,197.3 thousand m3, 14.4% higher than 2009. 4. Electricity Supply to customers: Electricity Supply in the Sultanate of Oman in Q4 2010 was 14.8% higher than in Q4 2009. For the MIS, Q4 2010 Electricity Supply was 15.6 % higher than in Q4 2009. RAEC systems Electricity Supply in Q4 2010 was 8.1 % higher than in Q4 2009. Salalah Power System Electricity Supply in Q4 2010 was 9.6% higher than Q4 2009. For RAEC systems, net electricity production for 2010 was 411.6 GWh, 11.2% higher than 2009. For the Salalah Power System, net electricity production for 2010 was 1,891.4 GWh, 9.1% higher than 2009. 5. Electricity Supply to customers: (2010 full year outturn) Total Electricity Supply for the Sultanate of Oman in 2010 was 16,101 GWh, 11.6% higher than 2009. For the MIS Electricity Supply for 2010 was 14,091 GWh, 10.8% higher than 2009. For the RAEC systems Electricity Supply for 2010 was 419 GWh, 14% higher than 2009. Total Electricity Supply from the Salalah Power System in 2010 was 1,591 GWh, this is 17.8% higher than 2009. 6. Electricity Customer Accounts: The number of Salalah Power System Customer Accounts increased by 7.2% from 54,989 in Q4 2009 to 58,936 in Q4 2010. 7. System Maximum Demands: MIS Maximum demand in Q4 2010 was 7.3 % higher than in Q4 2009. Salalah System Maximum demand in Q4 2010 was 11.5 % higher than in Q4 2009. 8. Temperature & Humidity: For the MIS, Q4 2010 average temperatures were 3 degrees Celsius lower than in Q4 of 2009. Average humidity in Q4 2010 was around 7% lower than Q4 2009. The number of Customer Accounts in the Sultanate of Oman increased by 7.4% from 630,767 in Q4 2009 to 677,668 in Q4 2010. The number of MIS Customer Accounts increased by 7.5% from 555,540 in Q4 2009 to 597,070 in Q4 2010. For the Salalah Power System, average temperatures in Q4 2010 were 1 degree Celsius lower than Q4 2009. Average Humidity in Q4 2010 was 8% higher than in Q4 2009. The number of RAEC Customer Accounts increased by 7% from 20,238 in Q4 2009 to 21,662 in Q4 2010. Page 4 of 8
