Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same dispatched by registered/ Speed post on payment of an extra amount of Rs. 200/- (Two Hundred Only) Applications for issue of Bidding documents by post shall be entertained only up to 4:00 P.M. on date 17-01-19. Bid document and other detail consisting of qualification, information and eligibility criterion of bidders, plans, specification, drawings, the schedule of quantities of the various classes of works to be done and the set of terms and conditions of contract to be complied with by the contractor can be seen in the office of the Executive Engineer to the respective work between hours of 11.00A.M and 4.00 P.M. on any working day between 10-01-19 to 17-01-19. 15. Any bidder who is having criminal record is not allowed to participate in the bidding process. 16. Any bidder who is registered with the State Bar Council is not allowed to participate in the bidding process. 17. For works costing more than Rs. 10,00 lacs each bidder is required to furnish in the form of an affidavit in the prescribed Performa (Annexure 1) all information required for evaluation of the bidding capacity of the Bidder. Each Bidder is required to satisfy himself about his Bidding capacity before submitting his bid. Bidding capacity will be evaluated as mentioned in section 3. Bids of bidder who do not possess the required bidding capacity shall not be accepted in any case. 18. Bidder must submit all information /Documents on prescribed Performa (RED-T-4, T-5, T-6). 19. The Contractor having his own C.C. Mixer machine surface vibrator, joint cutting machine and tanker etc. shall only be qualified for tender. 20. Bidder must submit Physical & Financial Certificate Program Table. 21. Work not transfer for any Bidder, then condition of sanctioned bid transfer so Bond may be reject. 22. Conditional bid will not be accepted. 25.
