Hall) - EASE has done a lot of work on data on different technologies and the planned work should be harmonized with these activities (presentation TOP 2.3, slide 8) Task Force: Roadmap EERA-EASE (M. Noe) - The name of all contributors should be listed in the documents, which was not done in the past. - Recommendations should be also included in the roadmap. TOP 5.1 Membership Fee (M. Noe) - Two fees were selected (REGULAR FEE and REDUCED FEE) to offer e.g. small universities or industry the possibility of becoming a member of the Joint Programme. - It is suggested to adjust the membership fee classes 3000 / 1500. - It should be full membership associated with the fee. - In the future, there will be only members in EERA AISBL. This is not automatically associated with a voting right. - It is not decided yet, which member will pay the reduced membership Fee. - The decisions are conform to the EERA statutes. - There should be more fee for dissemination: it is raised to 2000. TOP 5.1 Who is in favor of table on slide 5 (presentation TOP 5.1)? - It is not known yet if the JP lump sum will be continued next year. - During next meeting the details will be presented and discussed and each member will be asked if it wants further to participate in the JP ES. Hall) Next meeting: SCM-9 (Birmingham, November 23th?) - The members agreed to combine the next SCM with the EERA conference. - It was proposed to name deputies for each SP in order to represent the SPC in case he/she is not present. In addition, they should be allowed to attend the MB meetings as observer.
