Remove the sickle guard bolts at each sensor mounting location. Installation CIH200 / NH72C & CIH00 Rigid uger 3. ttach sensor using provided bolts. Use the shortest bolt which fully engages the threads If the bolt it too long it may damage the sensor or down pressure the spring Insert provided spacer between sensor and guard if needed 4. Route wiring behind guard bolts to end of header. Center (Undermount). Install sensors the same as left and right above. 2. Drill ½" hole through the front edge of the cutterbar. 3. Use this hole for routing when you proceed to the wiring section of this manual. The WeatherPack connected will need to be removed from the harness for routing See Routing Wiring, Removing Wires for Tight ccess If possible, you may route the wiring between the skids as shown. If not, drop the skid plate and route wiring over the skid. 8

Installation CIH020 Flex uger Right and Center (Undermounts). ttach sensor to bracket as shown. 2. Choose locations on header to mount the sensors. If terrace sensors are not equipped, place outer two as close to the end of the header as possible Evenly space other sensors 3. Remove skid plates at chosen sensor location. Hold sensor/bracket assembly in place and verify there is clearance for sensors For adequate clearance the right sensor will probably need to be 4 skid plates from the end of the head 4. Bolt bracket in place using the cutter bar bolts. 9

Left (Undermount). Use channel shaped bracket provided. Skid style bracket will not work due to interference or header brace on left side of head 2. Drill 3/8" holes in wobble box support angle iron as shown. Installation 3. ttach sensor to bracket and bracket to angle iron using provided hardware. 0

Installation Routing Wiring. Select appropriate wiring from chart below and mark blue connector with sensor position. Properly routing the wiring is the most critical part of the installation process. Please take time to ensure that you have allowed sufficient slack for motion as well as sufficient clearance from moving header parts or crop flow. Terrace sensors use a 0' extension harness to route from the sensor back to the end panel and an additional extension harness to route to the feederhouse. ll undermount sensors use only one extension harness.
