Seite: 7 Disassembly interior trim Use mounting wedge Solve with a plastic wedge the interior trim. Start from the right. Look for the connector at the start button and the control panel warning lights, etc. (see picture below right) Disconnect the connectors, then they can remove the bar. Seite: 8 Cable installation on passenger footwell side Contact must be switched off or put the key in the ignition lock mandatory! Remove the screws marked in the picture of the footwell cover. For this operation use Thorax T20 You can cover the now lower approx 20 cm - a remove is not necessary. Screwdriver TORX T20 Now pull the cable (cable color red and blue / red + USB cable) from the ventilation shaft down into the passenger footwell. For better moving the cable you can use the pulling rod. No tools required Unlock now the blue plug of the junction box and disconnect it. Now remove the blue housing of the plug to get to the pins. No tools required
Seite: 9 Cable installation on passenger footwell side Contact must be switched off or put the key in the ignition lock mandatory! Pin Now cable Red (PIN2) from the plug and replace it with red cable of the currently installed harness. No tools required Implement this step with cable blue / red (PIN 1). No tools required Now insert two pins of the vehicle wiring harness into connector housing. Orientate and pay attention on the color of the AWRON wire. Now connect the connector to the wire harness. Then the blue housing can be slid back on the connector. The blue plug and reconnect with latches to the junction box. The panel can now be reassembled. No tools required

The blue plug is always the CAN, and the power supply to the black. Seite: 15 Diesel sensor connection (ONLY FOR DIESEL ENGINES) At final step you need to attach cable with oil temperature sensor. When you re finished with it u just need to wire a wire via engine space and attach sensor on oil carter (replace it with old one).
Seite: 16 Mounting AWRON display Socket wrench 8mm With a socket wrench 8mm remove the socket wrench, and also remove the two marked nuts (see picture). Unclip the air ventilation duct from the interiors of the bar. For this purpose, can be re-used the plastic mounting wedge. No tools required Press the operating unit out of the front, now this is unplugged.
Seite: 17 Mounting AWRON display No tools required Clip the new ventilation duct with the AWRON display in your interior trim and carefully remove the nuts. The AWRON display can now be connected to the wiring harness and installed. Now close the Start button and run the cable out of the control element between the display and demister. Then, the interior trim are installed in reverse order. Now connect the two plugs to the control element and push it in from the front.
