ADVANTAGES OF THE RACK AND PINION SYSTEM The R-300 elevator incorporates a rack and pinion elevation system for a safe and reliable operation. A pinion is directly ducked to each drive reducer, assembled on the cabin. Each pinion engages with the mast rack allowing the cabin to go up and down, and stop the movement using electrical integrated disk brakes in each motor. The elevation system through a rack and pinion system requires a minimal maintenance and is extremely safe, reliable and versatile. Easy and safe to assemble and disassemble, without the need of external machinery. The assembly of the sections and the bracing to the facade is carried out from the upper floor of the cabin.

INTERNAL CONTROLS Our elevator has constant pressure controls which the operator uses both inside and outside the cabin to assemble the masts. OPTIONAL COMPONENTS - Safety systems for door closing: they prevent the access of people to the service elevator area unless the elevator is in safe accessibility conditions. Moreover, the system guarantees the elevator cannot move at any time while the enclosing are open. - Door locking systems: it uses a safety locking switch system during door closing. - Floor calls - External controls: the elevator has controls for constant pressure or by pulse, which the operator uses on each floor for loading and unloading. - Multi-speeds: the user can lift up to 48 m/min in service and at 12 m/min during assembly. - Floor recognition: the elevator is controlled by an electronic system that manages the operation and the recognition of the floor without having to install skids and position switches Therefore all the position switches installed on the elevator, are emergency switches or passive safety switches. A graphic touch matrix screen is supplied which indicates the floor we wish to go to and the floor where it is at the time. The plants are programmed from this terminal, elevating the machine and memorising its position. - Overload floor system: includes elements that interrupt the operation in the case the user has exceeded the load capacity.
