TRANSFORMATIONAL EVENTS - 2015 On June 1 st, 2015, we completed the sale of substantially all of the assets of Uni-Select USA, Inc. and Beck/Arnley Worldparts, Inc. to affiliates of Icahn Enterprises L.P. originally announced on February 9, 2015 at a purchase price of US$321 million.
