MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT Empire Members: The time has come to get the bikes out and start riding. It is now June 19th and Rhinebeck is over for another year. I now can spend time on our Chapter Meet in August. This will be a truly enjoyable Meet. No headaches, no vending hassles. Just sit back and enjoy everyone who attends the Chapter Meet. Seriously, we need to attract new members to enhance our seasoned members. We need people who we can teach and nurture for the coming years in the Empire Chapter's future. Any and all suggestions will be investigated for future use in getting and retaining new members. Please write to me or E-mail through the Web Site any ideas that you may have.
