It is easily integrated into existing traffic management systems to deliver a wide range of traffic data. The system comes prewired on a DIN-rail together with loop card, power supply, switch and connectors for easy installation without any mistakes. Excellent price-performance ratio and even longer lifetime Kistler's new quartz Lineas Compact sensors can be installed in any kind of pavement. The strip sensors are typically installed 20 mm under the pavement surface. This increased protection gives them an extended lifespan and means they are completely maintenance free. Kistler's Lineas Compact sensors offer the best price-performance ratio for count & classify and basic traffic data collection applications. Due to the installation under the pavement surface, Lineas Compact sensors have an extended lifetime.
