Immaculate is a word oft over-used but it s really applicable in this case. Recently finished in freshly repainted Awlgrip Flag blue plus two coats of anti fouling with topsides in Revival cream and all varnishing retouched she is impressive and ready to go. ACCOMMODATION AND DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT Over the transom the spacious aft cockpit has two lift top side bench seating areas to lockers below and one stern seat bench all with blue/white seat covers. For ard over the engine hatches new helmsman and co pilot bucket seats are on adjustable fore and aft sliders in blue and white waterproof leather. The deck head light is augmented by 4 x reading lights Access below is by new teak double opening doors with lift up locking hatch and cover over companionway. The cabin interior upholstery is leather finished in blue and white, in keeping with the varnished hardwood sole and furniture and contrasting white décor. The galley to port, rebuilt with added teak cupboard doors and stainless steel splash plate has a new Plastimo Neptune 3000 3 burner hob, oven, sink with hot and cold mixer tap and Isotherm top opening fridge. A semi bulkhead separates the main accommodation with generous single settee berths either side of the teak drop leaf table amidships. For ard is hanging locker space either side of the access to foc sle and chain locker. Coming aft the rebuilt head on starboard side has a new teak door, Sanimarin electric freshwater flush WC and drop down stainless steel bowl with hot and cold water. - 2 x automatic bilge pumps RESTORATION From 2003 considerable restoration has been made by artisan craftsmen (most with classic restoration experience from Fairlie Restorations) at the Revival yard, Hamble, the essential elements of which have been: Exterior - New teak rigidity frames to hull laminated into both port and starboard fwd quarters - Hull re laminated where necessary, filled, faired and repainted in Awlgrip Flag Blue - Decks relaid and refitted with new teak in cockpit, seating and engine covers - Coamings mostly renewed, repainted in Awlgrip - New windows and frames fitted. - Wrap around screen replaced and strengthened - Mahogany screen cappings either replaced or refurbished - Hydraulic lifting struts fitted to engine bay hatches - Engine bearers were strengthened with customised stainless steel bearers - Stainless steel stem protector - Stainless steel rubbing strakes and chafe plates on toe rails - Stainless steel port and stbd aft grab rails - New stainless steel and teak cabin top holding rails - New stainless steel saloon opening hatch - All saloon windows replaced - New stainless steel opening ventilation cowlings - Stainless steel stbd and port stern corner protectors fabricated - Engine air intake cowlings re plated / refurbished - New stainless steel Targa arch Interior.
