Register legal entity at the municipal authority, where the special economic zone is located. II. Submit application to obtain resident status, business plan and a package of required documents to the managing company. III. Defend your investment project at the Supervisory Board. Regional level specialists are members of the Board; they perform initial expertize of the project. If needed, introduce modifications in the business plan in line with recommendations. IV. Defend your investment project at the Expert Council affiliated to the Russian Ministry of Economic Development. Federal level specialists are members of the Expert Council; they perform expert evaluation of the project and they make decision to award resident status. V. Conclude tripartite agreement with the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and Lyudinovo SEZ JSC regarding business activities at the territory of the special economic zone and obtain SEZ resident certificate.
