These All Products Are used in Quarry and Stone Crushing Plants, Cement Industries, Asphalt plant, Mining Industries and even suitable for any industrial application. SALIENT FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF NISUKA SHAFT MOUNTED GEAR BOX Specially designed heavy shock load and taken care for pitting on tooth for conveyor belt gearbox. Pinions and Gear wheels are case harden and laps to increase bending and wear life of gears. All antifriction Bearings are selected based on international standard ISO 28 and nominal life is often a satisfactory estimate of a bearing's performance capabilities. Pinions and Gears are supported on antifriction bearings of ample capacity to permit overhung and shock load. Main housing of gearbox is made of closely grained Cast Iron which is oil tight, dust proof and taking shock load. Machining of critical mounting surfaces and boring done on high precision CNC machines. Double lips seals are used to prevent oil leakage as well as to avoid enter atmospheric dust inside the gearbox to improve oil life as well as seal life. Gear mounting and alignment is easy. All Gearbox model are available with hold back system. All Gearboxes are available with drive motor mounting stand. Maintenance free gearbox for long life. Gearbox designed as per DIN/IS/ISO. SHRAWAN MINES NISUKA Shaft Mounted Speed Reducer is compact in design and optimum in performance. A Shaft Mounted Reduction gearbox provides a very convenient method of reducing speed, since it mounted directly on the drive shaft instead of requiring foundations of its own. It eliminates the use of flexible coupling. These Gear Boxes are suitable for both forward and reverse motion. A torque-arm anchors the gearbox and provides quick, easy adjustment of the V-Belts by means of its turnbuckle. NISUKA Shaft Mounted Reeducation gearbox is manufacturing in EIGHT sizes, designated by N to N8. It may have two nominal gear ratios, 7: for N to N4 and 6: for N5 to N8. A very wide choice of final driven speed can be achieved by the use of an appropriate input V -Belt drive through various pulley combinations. The units will normally splash oil lubricated. OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES TAPER LOCK BUSH Taper Lock Bush and Support Bushes are manufactured from Special Steel to permanently remove any chance of corrosion in the future. The unique Taper bush locking system, which overcomes the difficulties, experienced with other methods of mounting, particularly in corrosive environments. Various sizes of Bores are available in the taper lock bush to facilitate easy mounting on different Shaft sizes. BACKSTOPS Backstops (Holdback) are designed and incorporated to prevent reversal rotation or holding device to prevent reverse rotation in application such as conveyors, bucket elevators, fan, rotary pumps and kilns. Backstop are not recommend for use on system that are designed for handling Human such as elevators, man lifts, Sky lifts etc. Backstop cannot be used as a brake. The Backstop does not need additional lubrication as it gets oil from the gearbox. MOTOR MOUNTS: Motor mounting options are available to fit directly onto gear unit through special motor mounting tools for shaft mounted gear unit. Motor mounting tools are designed with robust base plate which accommodates wide range of motor frame sizes. Each size of motor mount has sufficient adjustment to ensure that belt can be fitted and tensioned whenever required throughout life of belts. The ratings for gear drives are based on a service factor of.00, for uniform load and uniform power source, up to 0 hours of operation per day. For other operating conditions, the application horsepower or torque must be multiplied by the appropriate service factor, to determine the equivalent gear drive power rating. A gear drive should be selected with a rated capacity equal to or greater than the equivalent rating. A condensed service factor chart is located in the selection information pages for each type of gear drive or reducer. Table indicates the relationship between service factors and load classification numbers. The load classification numbers and service factors are based on a uniform power source. If other power sources are used, the service factors must be converted using Table 2. Determine the required service factor with uniform power source. Locate that service factor in the first column and read straight across to obtain required service factor with multi-cylinder or single cylinder engines. Service factors do not need to be used with thermal ratings. The Class Number and Service Factor charts are for general guidelines in determining required service factors. Past experience may indicate that different service factors are required. Consult the factory for unusual or severe applications, or when there are any safety considerations. Unit selection : Using the value from step 2, refer to the following power rating table and select correct size of gear unit. The selection of single or double reduction gearbox will be determined by output speed/input speed. The normal operating speeds for each of the gearbox models are shown in power rating tables. SHRAWAN MINES PLUMMER BLOCK Nisuka has developed the new series of Plummer blocks compared to the previous Nisuka Plummer blocks, these were redesigned with greater housing rigidity and they have improved performance and reliability. Grease lubricated Plummer blocks are used for large plant industrial machinery. We have modified existing Plummer blocks and developed the new series products which are superior in terms of functionality and reliability while being designed to use common parts. Special Features of Plummer Block Single piece bearing housing to increase strength of plumber block & life of bearing. Special bearing design to take highly miss-alignment of shaft. Single piece Bearing housing will take load on all angle. Length of Inner ring of bearing is extended to get high gripping with shaft and additional locking provision is also available. Both side oil seal locking arrangement. Reinforcement rectangle base with slot type fixing arrangement for easy assembly with machine.
