Effects of the Product Improvements of Lubricant Life Time Life time of lubricant is increased dramatically since carbonization of oil and foreign substances entering is minimized and hence lubrication effect is maximized. Reduction of Driving Energy Driving energy(power/fuel Consumption)of the equipment decreases by the high lubrication performance at friction surface. Especially, formation of concrete oil film makes it possible to use low viscosity of lubrication and then it could cause to reduce the additional energy consumption. Reduction of Noise and Vibration Maximized lubrication effect by forming concrete lubricating oil film at the friction surface makes the abrasion minimized by minimizing the gap between piston and cylinder and then the noise and vibration of driving equipment decrease. Temperature Drop of Lubricant Strong formation of lubrication oil film makes the frictional heat at the friction surface minimized. As a result, the driving temperature of lubricant and equipment becomes lowed. Improvement of Start Performance 70% of abrasion of engine occurs during starting. Start performance improves extremely by the strong and thick lubricant film sustained at the friction surface while the driving of equipment stops. Especially even in cold weather, Nano-Rex has excellent performance of engine start due to the improvement of lubrication performance. Minimization of Blowby gas phenomenon Formed thick lubricating oil film can seal the sliding surface of cylinder completely to minimize the loss of combustion gas, and then minimize the emission of exhaust gas and to enhance the output. Oil replacement cycle Recommends to replace NanoRex added engine oil every 20,000 km because of the life time of air filter & oil filter even though itself cycle being 40,000 km Any engine oils or additives can t prevent the engine oil contamination from oxidation/ moisture permeation/abrasion so far. therefore, if running by 150,000 km with some additives, it should bring the engine abrasion, oil performance drop and mileage drop significantly. -12-
