INTRODUCTION NON RETURN DAMPERS / GRAVITY LOUVRES AIRODYNE Non-return / Pressure relief dampers have been specifically designed for use in Airconditioning and Ventilation system, these dampers are air operated and are used for air intake and exhaust, and are also used for pressure relief. These dampers are also referred as Gravity / Back draught dampers. CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS 1. The casing frame is robust and rigid assembly formed out of best quality aluminium sheets/galvanized sheet steel of 1.25mm thickness. 2. The blades are formed out of high quality aluminium sheets of 0.6mm / 0.7mm thickness. 3. The bearings are made of PVC/Nylon to give smooth and rattle free operation 4. The blades are fitted with galvanized steel connecting spindle to main casing / frame for rigid and strong construction for rattle free and smooth operation due to variable air pressure. 5. CONSTRUCTION/ MATERIALS 1. The casting frame is robust and rigid assembly formed out of best quality 16 gauge galvanized steel sheets (suffix GL ) and also of mill finish aluminum (Suffix AL ) 2. The blades are formed out of high quality galvanized steel sheets with perforated sheets over interior surface to cover the insulation AIRODYNE Stationary Acoustic Louvres are available in three models specific application. Models ADL and ADL-T have acoustic blades positioned at 45 angle and spaced at approx. 200mm to 250mm center to center. The inclined blades offer resistance to storm/rain water ingress. With acoustic properties, the insulating material used in vermin proof and fire retardant. Models ADL-Z have blades or baffles set in Z profile and fixed to main frame at 100mm to 150mm over lapping pitch. These type of stationary acoustic louvers are for internal air transfer system.
