Adding a bus route. This is the main page without any routes. The user may click either icon to add a train/bus route. The menu button may also be used to add a route, but this becomes the only option when the main page already contains a route and user wants to add another. When Add is clicked, this pop up displays to allow the user to select either a bus or train route. Bus Train
Adding a bus route (continued). When the user wants to find a bus, a list of all bus routes will appear. This process will be similar for adding a train route, except the train lines will be listed. User must select the direction the bus is traveling. Directions differ for each bus route. Adding a bus route (cont.), alerts, and nearby routes. The bus route is added to the main page. Alert icon informs user of any interference with selected route. When the alert button is clicked, a window appears to give a brief description of any discrepancies related to a certain route. This option finds the nearest routes. earby routes (continued). When earby is selected, the app will prompt the user to select either a bus or train route to look up. After the nearest route is found, walking directions are shown along with distance, arrival times, and bus direction. The user may click to add route. GPS. The GPS function tracks the user and searches for appropriate bus/train routes. The user inputs his/her location, destination, and the app will navigate the most efficient way. Once walking directions are mapped, the nearest bus/train stops will be pointed out to help reach the desination. Maps. The map function allows the user to view an interactive map of selected bus/train route. A window will prompt the user to select either the bus or train to map out. Maps (continued). Once a train line has been selected, the route map will appear with all the stops marked. The user may click on any of the points to receive more information on a selected train stop. When the user chooses a train stop, train direction and arrival times are shown. Voice control. Voice control allows the user to use the app hands free and to make requests. earest bus routes are mapped and displayed for the user to view. The bus route is added to the main page.
