Key points are high operator comfort through workshop programming, backlash free linear guide ways with pre-tensioned roller bearings, direct measuring system in all linear axes and efficient swarf disposal. 3 Quality Quality is a high priority on the BLUESTAR 5 and the machine is built to our traditional high quality standards to give the operator a safe working environment. For example, the machine bed is cast as one piece, which gives you the best stability. Also high quality materials and components are used for the table, pallet changer, spindle and tool magazine and we use Swiss precision roller guideways.
