Division Solar Systems EGE Solar Systems Division designs and builds custom-made photovoltaic solar power plants to the wishes of clients and operators of power distribution networks. They design and implement all types of photovoltaic setups: Stationary On free space Roof Rotary On the basis of the particular requirements, suppliers of the highest quality are carefully selected for individual components, whilst the quality and reliability of the products supplied are checked via the division s solar roof Quality system. The division cooperates with specialists from the Steel Structures Division of EGE, who are experienced in designing and manufacturing steel constructions, and in developing support structures for all types of solar system installations. The Solar Systems Division not only boasts a team of experienced specialists ready to tackle the specific needs and requirements of customers, but is also capable of carrying out their own design and development in the field of solar installations.
The stationary system is made from firmly attached steel constructions. The surface of photovoltaic solar panels situated on the steel constructions is orientated in a southern direction and tilted in terms of the geographical position of the Czech Republic approximately 34 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane. EGE PHOTOVOLTAIC SETUPS Solid systems (stationary) The construction is made from individual welded parts originating from surface, rod and profile steel elements coated with anticorrosion zinc protection. The assembly of a stationary system is carried out directly on site intended for completing. The grounding is carried out either by inserted steel bases or by insertion into the concrete foundation. Another option for grounding is executed by hammering the steel profile in the ground. EGE ensures complete maintenance and service of all delivered components, from putting them into operation to general repairs. EGE PHOTOVOLTAIC SETUPS ROTARY systems (TRACKERS) ST2/8000 SOLAR TRACKER The ST2/8000 Tracker is a double-axis support and positioning device for solar photovoltaic panels. The tracker is based on the principle of a turn-and-tilt system, enabling continuous adjustment of solar panels to the optimum angle for the changing position of the Sun. This principle is remarkably efficient for electrical energy production. The method by which the Tracker ST2/8000 works and its control system was developed by EGE, spol. s r.o. and is patent protected. The support structure and mechanisms of the ST2/8000 solar system form a movable and suitably strong construction, and one resistant to strong winds. It is made from individually welded sections of sheet steel, bars and profiled elements and features anticorrosion protection in the form of hot-dip galvanisation. The tracker is fitted with two drive systems ensuring rotation around a vertical axis, as well as the tilting of the support structure for solar panels at various angles horizontally. Clients can also request a single-axis turning system. The support system has been created to allow for the variable fitting of solar panels over a maximum total area of 60 m 2. The ST2/8000 enables panels produced by different manufacturers to be used, these varying in dimension and the value of installed capacity. The control and monitoring system is governed astronomically by software and comprises an integral part of the construction. Each movement, including protection against strong winds, is controlled via a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). The ST2/8000 Tracker is mounted directly onto its intended destination. Anchorage is possible via a bolted steel base or one of concrete. Options how to operate a photovoltaic power plant There are two options on how to operate a photovoltaic power plant. Option One Stable redemption price The photovoltaic system supplies electric energy exclusively into the distribution network. As for the energy sold to the distribution network, it is necessary to assemble an independent electrometer. In case you are the owner of a family house (roof) the present electrometer measuring consumption remains without any modifications, and a new supply point is made on such a building. Option Two Green bonus A photovoltaic system supplies electrical energy for the consumption of the house and excess energy is delivered into the distribution network. A photovoltaic system is connected to the electrical installation for a family house; its production is measured by the independent calibrated electrometer in accordance with which the so-called Green bonus is invoiced.
