Transit to established temporary restricted and danerous areas Military aircraft participatin in the exercises SbS18 and BALTOPS18 will deploy to the established temporary restricted and daner areas from outside of Ria FIR, from Ria International airport (EVRA) and Lielvarde (MIL) aerodrome (EVGA). Durin transit to/from the temporary restricted and daner areas military aircraft will fly as GAT accordin to a flit plan under Civil ATC. Enterin and exitin to/from exercises areas is executed throu entry/exit points. 4. Lielvarde (MIL) aerodrome airspace Military ATS (LIELVARDE TWR) will be provided for aircraft departin, landin or operatin in the vicinity of EVGA within lateral and vertical boundaries of existin Military ATS (LIELVARDE TWR) Area of Responsibilities as published in AIP of Latvia for EVR18. All flits to/from LIELVARDE TWR AOR shall be planned and executed via entry/exit points (RASOX, SOKRO, ERAXA, AXUVA, LATVU, OMABA) as published in AIP of Latvia unless otherwise authorized by LIELVARDE TWR. The followin routes are recommended for GAT within uncontrolled airspace to avoid the daner area EVD01 and EVD02: a. East - West direction and backward: EVONA - EDERA - TENSI b. North - South direction and backward: EVONA - GELDA - VEDEN FPL shall be submitted for any flits to/from EVGA unless pre-coordinated flits of military ACFT departin or arrivin to/from EVGA to/from military exercise areas (EVRALPHA1, EVRBRAVO1) and not planned enterin controlled airspace. ACFT movement (departin/arrivin) to/from EVGA to/from military exercise areas shall be coordinated with Military aerodrome Lielvarde operator via baseops@mil.lv and +37165002631; +37125739030 not later than 12 H before. When EVR18 is active all Lielvarde (MIL) aerodrome procedures are as published in AIP (See AIP EVGA AD 2). 5. Additional information Flits within the exercise areas may be performed only by aircraft participatin in the exercise. AMC-manaeable areas TRA1 CIRAVA, TRA2 TUKUMS2, TRA3 TUKUMS1, TRA4 JELGAVA, TRA5 ADAZI, TRA6 IKSHKILE, TRA16 MSOLA and EVR15 ZALENIEKI will not be allocated durin time of military exercise and prior/after it not less than 30 minutes.
