This helps to achieve an optimal structure to further enhance machine rigidity and stability. The 30º slant bed design has a low centre of gravity for easier swarf management and better ergonomics. Separated Independent Coolant Tank The independent coolant tank employs an active type oil fluid separation tank. When used together with an optional oil fluid separator, consistent fluid quality is assured. Easy chip removal and predrilled holes for fitting a high pressure pump provides increased convenience. Hydraulic Turret (STD) A low noise and high torque DANFOSS hydraulic system is used to enhance the turret clamping force as well as toolstation changeover times. Manual Tailstock The highly rigid tailstock structure combined with the hydraulic centre reduces cutting vibration. The tailstock can be easily positioned through manual connection with the turret. Direct Drive Motor A directly coupled ballscrew transfers energy without waste.
