Raw material and feeding The feed conveyor is hydraulically raised from transport to working position. The feed area of the feed conveyor has a 6 m 3 (212 ft 3 ) feed hopper that is positioned for direct feeding from a front loader or primary crushing unit. The feed conveyor can be started and stopped fully charged and features stepless speed regulation. A metal detector is installed in front of the crusher. Split the product into two fractions The Sandvik UH440i and US440i can be equipped with a screen module that makes it possible to split the product into two fractions, creating two stockpiles or recirculating the oversize back to the crusher. The newly developed screen offers high performance with high tonnage and accurate separation. The screen and the conveyors are designed to maximize capacity. In operation, the entire unit is supported by self-leveling support legs. Excellent versatility The cone crushers are equipped with our automatic setting system ASRi. This system optimizes cone crusher efficiency and automatically adapts the crusher to variations in feed conditions. By continuously measuring and compensating for crusher liner wear, ASRi allows you to fully utilize crusher liners and schedule liner replacements to coincide with planned maintenance stops. ASRi also assists in keeping your crusher choke fed. This maximizes rock-on-rock crushing, helping to optimize the quality of your final product. Several standard crushing chambers are available. The crushers can easily be matched to production changes by selecting the appropriate crushing chamber and eccentric throw.
